Ambassador Abejundio Ursula age 26 is a graduate of Dweladleifa's Government affairs academy with masters in forgin affairs. Once the plane set down on the runway the 707 taxied to the parking place set aside for the Ambassadors plane.

As the Ambassador's Plane parked the Commander of the Republican Guard Regiment waiting for the Ambassador to recive him. Then they will escort him to the Palace of Versailles to meet with the Sky Marshal in Chief. The Colonel walks over to the plane and up the stares to go into the plane and talk the Personal Protection Staff of the Ambassador. Then he turn around and walked of the plane and to the Regiment and called them to attation to recive the Ambassador.

Ambassador Abejundio stood up from his seat. He walked down the middle of the plane to the exit. He steped out and walked down the stairs to the ground. He viewed the French Soldiers at attention. He proceeded to the French representative.

We have one last issue to decided. Where we want our headquarters to be located.

When deciding where to place our headquarters I came up with this idea. If, we place it in Europe, that leaves South America out of the loop and if we place our headquarters in South America that leaves Europe out of the loop.

This is the solution I came up with and let me know what you guys think.

I can see your point on having it in all our nations, but that kinda defeats the purpose of having a single Headquarters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Headquarters) where we can all go to the same point to discuss the matters of the world at hand. I did get your point. Actually, it doesn't have buildings it all its members. It has a select few agencies located in key cities, but it has only one headquarters where all nations gather and discuss what’s important.

I'm fine with setting up a few agencies that would handle specific matters. Example: Set up a agency somewhere in Europe, that will handle all our affairs as to do with Europe, one somewhere in South American that will handle all affairs in the region, so on and so on. But, we need only one headquarters.

IC: Having an agency in South America would be fine with me, as long as its role doesn't circumvent the role of the Main Headquarters. The agency would be their to assist us in communicating our goals in the South American region but, would be under the command of our staff at the Main Headquarters where most, if not all of our meetings and discussions will take place about our role in the current world order.

OCC: Sure, you could but, that would be kind of pointless. Combat operations are about over- my troops are right outside the Capital of Madagascar and all that’s left is to capture the Capital. After, that all that will be left will be to police the area to maintain order. If, you want to send troops to help police the area you can, but that’s kind of a mind numbing task. Also, your forces would have to report to mine. While tactical they wouldn't be under my command, strategically they would be.
