"In a starteling revelation today, Colonial Oil Production/Exporation Co. announced that they will open up two space in their executive board. According to a COP/EC press secretary, these will be position of voting capabilities. More information will be sent out as it is obtained...oh wait. We have an official press release here. We will post it on the screen as soon as a camera gets into position."

Colonial Oil Production/Exporation Company is herby opening up TWO positions on our Executive Board. These positions will be opened up for nations that are NOT on the 'Watch' list of the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom. If your nation is on this list, COP/EC will notify you in an encoded transmission after you have applied. The list of responsibilities include:
Database Managment
Attending the Monthly Meeting
Customer Service
Negotiating Oil Drilling Contracts before the Executive Board votes on it.
The Applicants should give their Name, Age, Medical History, Educational History (Grade School through Higher Education), any previous job employment and a list of 5 references for COP/EC to go through and contact. Please have it in the following attached format. We will be taking Applications for Seven Business Days from now. At which time we will begin to look over the applications and get back to each applicant within Seven more Business Days or until a time as we are completed. Emergency Meetings may be called to discuss the applicants.
