OCC: the stuff in Italics is just for some backround information. it is very unstale and if there is a shock from say, a round moving a a good c-frac. if hit a crystal the size of this would created a blast that would destroy everything within a good 50 lightyears.

This is a chance for a small naval battle at most over the Lasinegium. no more than 30 ships, no dreadnaughts(meaning anything that is larger than the normal standard capital ship.)No Exeptions

Manned Mining Probe #746, Location 500,000 light years form galactic core of Unnamed Galaxy


LT. Jack 'Ace' Larson was a part of a crew that had been sent to scour a newly discovered Galaxy for Lasinegium, a very rare eleent that is some what unstable.

"How many more systems do we have scan?" Asked Petty Officer Gordo.

"I don't know i'd say a good ten to twenty million. Piece of cake." Responded Lt. Larson.

The crew moaned.


"I was kidding just one more and we're done.But then there's the four month jump back to the Milky Way."

"Ah who cares, we can just spend most of it the tube." Responded Seamen 1st class Hobber.


"Sir, I just got something on the scanners.Holy shit! Its a crytal of Lasinegium the size of a small star!" Shouted Petty Officer Gordo.

"You have to be fucking with me!" Responded Lt. Larson.

"Ten thousand light years. We'll be there in fourty-five minutes, sir."

With in 3 days a small battleforce of 20 ships had gathered around the crystal protecting the mining droids.

Not more than fifteen light seconds from the lasinegium deposit, an exploratory Copen Starbase was, by complete accident, receiving the transmissions as well. The base commander, who was a twitchy, nervous fellow, then called for defense of the base. Upon giving the coordinates of where the ships had appeared at, after lying that they had attacked the station, the military launched twenty three ships to intercept.

From the cold confines of the abyss known as space, a noticeable movement could be seen as a distortion was created, and within five seconds, these ships had tesserected into the sector.

The fleet formed a close-nit box formation, with the three largest ships in the center, surrounded by the smaller gunships.

"Attention, unknown forces. State your business in this sector."

Off-com, on the bridge of the SDF-1A Macross II, the Fleet Commander gave an order to have the fighters prepared for launch and the mobile suits kept on standby as well.

A single Scythe, backed by a dozen Jackals, and a trio of Shrouds simply appewared in the system. Here there was food, and more might soon come. Their God would be pleased...

By now small parts had been chipped off and were by send the warships to use in their turbolasers.

Outer Planetary Orbit, Local System

At the edge of this solar system (Or darkstar system) an energy pulse would announce yet another brand new arrival to the scene. The contact was large, measuring several kilometers in length and massive.

This was the battle-scarred, black-hulled Pennsylvania. For those familiar with the Xeno, they haven't been around in quite a while. They had simply .. disappeared, secluding themselves around their planetary holdings and keeping to themselves.

The Pennsylvania was a menacing, black warship that seemed to have no windows or gunports of any kind. The blunt-nosed dreadnought just hung there in space, apparently monitoring the situation but not transmitting.

Onboard the Pennsylvania, Fleet Admiral Kay stood in the primary CIC overlooking a huge holoprojection table where a map of the local star system was laid out and currently zoomed in on the two fleets maked as 'unknown'.

A third set of contacts had recently appeared, and a wall screen was focused on them as well now, tracking position, projected path and visual/electronic signature.

A female spoke as a small symbol appeared next to Contact Group 2, "Admiral, second group are charging weaponry and deploying support craft." Her words are clear and spoken crisply above the general murmur of communication officers and ambient sound in the CIC.

The large, sleek Xeno nodded his head shortly once.

OCC: they are not shield generators, they are sensor arays. it would have taken out the a wing with point defences, if they hadn't blinded the ship first.

Shatter the food, destroy their vessels and take this posession. If they resist, do not even bother taking the food. Render them into atoms. Eliminate all opposition.

Their God had spoken. Moments later, it happened. The entire battlegroup simply DISAPPEARED, reappearing next to the largest of the enemy craft in a moment of time so short as to be incalculable. With half of the force assaulting one of the large vessels, and the other half combatting the second, they could force the opposition into destruction with ease. And soon they would begin their deadly work, sending over masses of Warriors and Immortals to sieze the enemy crews, and destroy what they could from within.

The Scythe's massive Lightning Arcs and Gauss Particle Whips hammered at the shielding of Devastator, while a single pulse from the Generator rippled through space, capable of stripping hulls, shattering fighters, and utterly devastating any surrounding smallcraft not of Necrontyr make. The shrouds clustered their fire on the Mammoth, sending blazing arcs of energy to rip through void and defense alike. The pack of Jackals swarmed through the fiood, moving swiftly to avoid damage, and vomitting fire and hatred with every pass against the smaler vessels. Were they the foolish Eldar they might have called upon their foes to surrender. Were they Human they might have taunted and threatened. Were they Chaos they would make terrifying speeches to their Gods. Were they Tau they would insist that they served the Greater Good. But they were not. No sooner had the transmission been sent out, every fighter and mobile suit reacted, charging forth into the fray.

The Excaliburs reached the battle first, Reaper guns and Tachyon cannons blazing, their speed giving them the edge they needed to dogfight the impressive and massively powerful Necron ships, specifically harrassing the Jackals. Their Hellcat brethren soon joined them, opening up with their laser guns and ion guns, causing more of a ruckus than any real harm.

However, the heavy hitters had arrived. Upon their arrival, the Thunderbolts had targeted the Scythe-class ship and had launched their anti-ship torpedoes upon it before peeling off, totalling one hundred fifty torpedoes charging forth towards their targets.

The Longbows joined in, but decided to unload two torpedoes each, totalling three hundred torpedoes. Coupled with the bombardment made by the Thunderbolts, four hundred fifty torpedoes streaked towards the Scythe-class. Even for the Necrons, this hit would put the major hurt on.

The mobile suits, however, were trying something unusual. They circled the main battlefield, taking pot-shots at the Necron vessels with their main weapons. The G-Cannons, however, remained stationary, perferating the Necrons with their dual four-barrel 130mm machineguns.

Meanwhile, the SDF-1A had begun its transformation phase, preparing the main gun that would most definitely be the demise of the Necrons. If prepared in time, the ship could be the turn of the tide in favor of the Copen Fleet. The SDF-1B and SDF-1C positioned themselves directly side-by-side to the transforming battleship, with one ship on each side. The other twenty ships formed a front sheet, the twenty smaller ships looking like gnats in comparison.

Just popping in to say something. You do realise that, energy travelling at lightspeed means that it'll take fifty years to go wherever it's going? And if your systems are anywhere near, you could be looking at a highly exotic form of suicide for your nation?

The Galactic Empire of Mationbuds heard about this new crystals which could supposedly increase the power while decreasing recharge time as well as reducing heat emissions .

If this prove true , it would be what the Empire was looking for for a very long time . Adding it to the Hapes Quick Recharge Technology and Imperial Turbolaser would be a truly formidable weapon indeed .

Therefore Grand Admiral Class 2 Sith Lord Darth Bane decided to dispatch 2 VictoryII Star Destroyers (700m) and 5 Adjucidator Class Light Cruisers (300m) to check it out . It would be led by Sith Lord Bror Jace who was also a Grand Admiral , but Class 1 .

The small task force appeared out of hyperspace near the system and broadcasted a message :

"This is the Imperial Task Force 105 . We are here to investigate supposed lasinegium cystals . Any attempt to stop us will be a sign of provocation against us and the Galactic Empire . Attacks at us will result in severe Imperial retaliation which would be swift and deadly ."

Then several moments later they discovered it was owned by 1010102 , an Imperial ally and they beamed a tight , encrypted message to them :

"Encrypted Message Begin :
We are here to learn about the lasinegium cystals . If possible , please assist us . We have also detected enemy attacks against you . We will render aid if necessasary . "

Gnats pecked at the armor of the Necrons, hundreds of torpedoes and shells splintering the void. Several of them even hit, before the Scythes Star Pulse Generator fired again, swatting the majority of them from the void, and clawing at the defenses of the assaulting insects. These creatures did not understand truly what they faced. They weould not be distracted from their goal. And their goal was the destruction of the food that barred their path. They would posess this thing, and they would destroy any who opposed them in their time.
