As we have been quite about your activities around the world, We here at Raven corps see it in your best interest to listen to our proposition. You claim to be the largest corporation in the world in the aspects of, and I quote:

medical, warfare & genetic modification.

This concerns us in the way that you seem to have a great deal of influence around the world. Now our busniess has changed from production of products for private sells to complete assets absorbtion, but we have a long history of Genetic modifications and genetic and bio-warfare. And to hear you say that you are the largest corporation in the world when it comes to these activities...well its insulting. So we would like to give you a chance to make amends for the said transgression with the following proposal:

A direct and conidtional merger of your company into the Raven corps Intergated corporate entity with the said agrements in place

1. All Lifewyse stock that is held by private and internal holders be placed into Raven corps. Said action will give Raven corps complete control of operations.
A--- All employees of Lifewyse as well as former managment will be kept also with the power to oversee the operations from within.

2. All Lifewyse production facilities and distribution centers will be placed under Raven corps control.
