Military Equipment Expo
A showcase for all your items, great and small

Welcome to the first MEE, the first of its kind. Here storefronts will be showing off their latest and greatest designs for you, the paying nations, to vote for your favourite designs. If you own a storefront and wish to get an entry in, please send a TG with the full details of your entry to each nation responsible for each section. These will then be compiled into one list for each category, and voting will be done for each category. You may RP your equipment being put through its paces if you so wish – it’ll add to the feel of the show. However I must ask you not to post your own designs here – we wish to keep it organised and free form any extraneous ‘advertisement’. If you TG us, your design will undoubtedly be added so long as voting hasn’t started.

WARNING: Do not post until all five sections are up. This will help the MEE look and feel better. Only imported_Illior, Hurtful Thoughts, Saint Fedski and Space Union can post immediately after this. Once all five posts are up, you may begin posting your trials of your equipment, or salesperson speech if you wish. You could of course just let your entries talk for you.

AR-2 Felucan Assault Rifle - $3,500 – The Xeno

From the technical point of view, the AR-2 is a radical departure from all the previous Felucan rifles, based on the proven G3 roller-delayed system. The AR-2 is a conventional gas operated, selective fire rifle, made from most modern materials and using most modern technologies.

The receiver and most of the others external parts of the AR-2 are made from reinforced polymers, with steel inserts where appropriate. The operating system is a modification of the older AR-1, with its short stroke gas piston, located above the barrel, square-shaped bolt carrier and the typical rotating bolt with 7 locking lugs. Of cause, there also are many differences from the AR-1. The bolt carrier rides on a single guide rod, with the return spring around it. The charging handle is attached to the top of the bolt carrier and can be rotated to the left or to the right. When not in use, the charging handle aligns itself with the axis of the weapon under the pressure of its spring, and reciprocates with the bolt group at the top of the receiver. The gas block is fitted with the self-adjustable gas valve, that expels all the used gases forward, away from the shooter. The ejection window is located at the right side of the receiver and features a spent cases deflector to propel the ejected cases away from the face of the left-handed shooter.

The AR-2 will feature a revolutionary new side-locking gunsight system. The sight enhancement (Scope or AGOG sight) fittings are on a hinge which is locked into place simply and firmly with a simple swivel pin. This allows for a soldier in the field to swiftly switch from iron sights to scope simply by flipping a small switch and pushing the scope up into place, where it locks until the switch is held down again. The gunsight system when not in use locks into place on the left side of the rifle out of the way.

The AR-2 is fitted with a helmet-feed compatible camera system. This allows look-around-corner ability as well as around-corner firing.

AP2 Striker Elite Combat Pistol - $650 – The Xeno

Striker Elite is a gas operated, locked breech weapon that uses stationary (but removable) barrel. Locking is achieved using the separate rotating bolt with four radial lugs that enter the breech of the barrel for engagement with respective cuts. Bolt is inserted into open-topped slide, which is operated using gas, which is bled from the bore through the small port drilled close to the chamber. Short stroke gas piston is located below the barrel closer to the muzzle, and gas chamber is linked to the gas port with long channel, bored below the barrel. Trigger is of bobtail, with exposed hammer and ambidextrous safety, located at either side of the slide. Magazines are single stack, with different configuration for each major caliber. Sights are either fixed or adjustable, both front and rear being dovetailed into the barrel and slide respectively.

The Striker Elite can be purchased with a conversion kit that allows for switching between 10mm police/special forces and the .45 caliber ACP for usual military use.

Osteo-4 - Cruxium
Osteo-4 comprises of modified osteoclast cells named osteoclast-W cells, as well as glucocorticoids to increase the osteoclast-W activity. The modified osteoclast cells release a disproportionate amount of hydrogen ions, are constantly active and are immune to parathyroid hormones and calcitonin, preventing many methods of controlling them. These cells cause the breakdown of bone structure and begin a form of osteoporosis. Due to the greatly increased volume of hydrogen ions from the overactive osteoclast-W cells, natural osteoblasts are unable to counteract the resorption of bone minerals and the bones of the body begin to be broken down and absorbed by the body. In addition to the resportion of bone, the release of Interleukin-6 throughout the body causes the body temperature to rise. It is possible to treat Osteo-4 by constant insertion of osteoblasts into the subjects body and waiting for the osteoclasts to die out, however the exact length of time this would take is dependant upon the number of osteoclast-W cells within the infected person. Osteo-4 was fatal in every subject with the cause of death predominantly due to the increase of body temperature. Those who were not killed by the increase of body temperature took approximately 20 days to expire from the effects of the osteoporosis.

AnthRenade - Cruxium
An as yet unveiled weapon in the LifeWyze range, the AnthRenade is seemingly a standard issue grenade. Within the grenade is a sealed packet of 5 grams of anthrax and a small explosive device designed to break the case and expell the anthrax. There is a five second delay between activation of the grenade and explosion. Due to the relatively small amount of anthrax and low grade of the explosives, only an area of approximately thirty-five square foot is exposed to the spores.

It should be noted that the purpose behind the AnthRenade is not as a direct weapon, but rather as a terror-based weapon. Warning: Should only be used in conjunction with DuResist Armour!

Katana Corporation Promotional Katana - Leafanistan

It is Katana Corp, they might as well make them. And they took it very seriously. They created a katana that actually may have a place on the modern battlefield. It uses completely non-reflective parts and extremely dark vanadium steel. While non-reflective, it is as though you are peering into a black hole of a blade. It is LASER sharpened and exceptionally sharp. The grip is plastic and is highly ergonomic, something they learned from gun manufacturing. Every sword is stamped with the Katana Corp logo and a unique serial number and date of manufacture. If you are looking for a sword that will slice apart nearly anything, this is it.

Blade length: 635mm

$375 US each

R-22 - Leafanistan

AR-550 Conscript Assualt Rifle - Leafanistan

As part of the bottom line family of weapons Katana Corporation has produced, the AR-550 conscript stands out as one of the most successful. While the BR-545 has gained noteriety as a good entry rifle for hunters, the AR-550 has proved itself in Helexo and various other skirmishes over oil.

It is of a similar design except slightly shorter, as the assualt rifle doesn't require the degree of accuracy that the battle rifle requires. It uses a 50 round magazine because of its status as a spray and pray weapon.

The body is mainly polymer construction with a rifled carbon-steel barrel and the remainder are stamped steel parts. It resists rust, and can be left submerged for long periods of time, dried and fired.

It is a bullpup semiautomatic rifle with a side loading magazine with downward ejecting casings. Unusual yes, but it allows easy firing within a vehicle, reduced muzzle blast, and an overall smaller footprint with the same barrel length.

Choose Caliber: 5.45*39mm Russian or 5.56 NATO
Action: Semiautomatic Kalashnikov Gas System
Weight: 2.2 kg (with empty magazine without bayonet); 2.5 kg (with loaded magazine)

Rate of fire: 510 rounds per minute
Magazine capacity: 50 rounds
Effective range: 250 m (area target)

$185 US

4P11 Pistol - Leafanistan

If good economics, ergonomics and reliability are what you are looking for the 4P11 is where it is at. It is covered in rails to fit various devices, threaded tip to fit a silencer and can even fit a stock. It is very comfortable to fire and uses traditional sights and is an easy learn. A good reliable pistol that is comfortable and easy to learn, and a good deal to boot!

Type: Double Action
Calibre: 9x21mm SP-10 with a hardened AP core
Length: 186mm
Barrel Length: 115mm
Capacity: 20 rounds or 32 round extended clip
Effective Range: 150m-250m

$775 US each

6MP54 Machine Pistol - Leafanistan

This pistol also includes a silencer and shoulder stock and a lower and top mounted rail to hold a variety of accessories. It performs reasonably well in close range and gives good penetration of body armour at close ranges. It is a selective fire weapon and fires either 2 round bursts or semiautomatically. It is made of sturdy metal alloys and the weight helps stabilize it. It has trapezoidal sights and a very good 'pointability'.

Type: Double Action
Caliber: 9x21mm SP-10 with a hardened AP core
Weight unloaded: 1.86 kg empty, with silencer and stock
Length: 252 mm less silencer; 455 mm with silencer and no stock
Barrel length: 142 mm
Capacity: 20 round clip or 32 rounds extended clip
Effective Range: 125-200m

$1500 US each

Generic 12 Gauge Shotgun - Leafanistan

Your average hunter's shotgun, cheap and manufactured by a variety of companies and factories. Autoejecting used shells for faster reloading.

Type: Two barreled breech loading weapon.
Gauge: 12
Barrel length: 650mm
Capacity: 2 rounds at a time

$100 US each

MS-58 - Leafanistan

Confusing designation with the MS-58 Special, these weapons just use the same naming scheme, and are different. This one uses normal pointed 5.8mm rounds, and has no silencer and is meant for second-line troops to use as a PDW, however, it lost as it wasn't a true-machine pistol like the MP7. It has a mostly metal construction with a polymer buttstock and pistol grip. It has seen mild success on the international market.

Calibre: 5.8mm
Weight: 3.52kg
Length: 912mm
Rate of fire: 800 rpm
Magazine capacity: 32 rounds
Effective range: 150-250 m

$625 US each

MS-58 Special - Leafanistan

A submachine gun using a special subsonic 5.8mm round, it retains its superior penetration but loses range to get silence with an integral silencer. Made mostly of polymers to reduce weight, and only using non-ferrous parts, it can evade detection by normal metal detectors and x-rays. Formerly used by Republican Guard Special Units, and Detachment 2701 it has since been replaced with a yet unidentified weapon.

Calibre: 5.8mm Subsonic
Weight: 2.64kg
Length: 635-872mm
Rate of fire: 650 rpm
Magazine capacity: 32 rounds
Effective range: 100-150 m

$1080 US each

M49 Bodkin Machine Pistol - Leafanistan

The smallest member, it is the pistol version, the M49 is the base unit. It fires either the 9x18mm ZD12 caseless or the special 5.8x19mm Leafanistani Caseless. It can be hard to control at times due to its light weight at full automatic firing, and has two modes, full auto and semiauto. It has a top mounted helical magazine made of clear polymer containing 45 or 75 rounds or the extended 115 round magazine that only confortably fits the carbine version, though all the mags are interchangable.

Caliber: 9x18mm ZD12 or 5.8x19mm Leafanistani [default]
Weight: 1.85 kg empty
Length: 612mm
Barrel length: 200 mm
Rate of fire: 650 rounds per minute (reduced to maintain stability and prevent cookoff)
Magazine capacity: 45, 75, 115 rounds
Effective Range: 100-150m

$3500 US each

1b. Armour
MTC-04 Nano-mesh body armour - Phoenixius
This set of armour completely covers the user, with inbuilt safeguards against NBC attacks. A regulatory system prevents overheating of the body due to the inability to release heat via sweat efficiently. The main part of the armour itself conssits of a nano-mesh underlayer consisting of the carbon-silicon composite that offers a unique blend of mobility and protection. There is an outer layer on large sections of the body such as the torso, thighs, upper arms which consists of plates of the carbon-silicon composite, granting superior protection against bullets that just the mesh. The suit has an inbuilt computer that links with the helmet, and is activated by the fabric keypad on the forearm (both left and right hand versions available). This allows the user to manipulate the various information in the HUD on the helmet. This helmet is also made of the carbon-silicon composite, and the faceplate is plain, with only a protusion for the nose. The visor is built into the faceplate to allow for a smooth transition, and adds to the annonominity of the user. The helmet incorporates various detection devices such as IR, MMBRI, and includes a link up to the PHBVS to allow all users to update the battlefield view with the targets they can see. This allows the user to identify threats that are not visible to the user themselves, but are visible to other users, such as aircraft. A small health status device is also incorporated that determines the users blood levels, and monitors viral and bacteria activity in the blood. It can also administer small amounts of painkillers to allow the user to survive a small while longer while waiting for a medic.

Unit Cost: $10,000 per suit

Full Spectrum Combat Armor (FSCA) - $4,900 – The Xeno

The FSCA body armor and integrated helmet are the first generation of a forward-looking protective system for individual soldiers on the battlefield of tommorow. The basics of the armor are a full-spectrum protection-oriented body armor that can protect against fragmentation, impact and bullets. Knee and elbow joints feature ceramic, plated armor, with lightweight plated padding on the shins and forearms. Thighs and upper arms are also protected by the spectra padded plate.

The M3 helmet features full coverage of the head with a polarized, tinted visor featuring next-generation composite nanotech, self-sealing blast shield/face plate. A modular, 130 channel communications set with attachable antenna is built directly into the helmet and is removable and adjustable to the scope of the individual, from squad level to batallion level.

The M3 helmet's visor is non-reflective, an optical material that allows switching between thermal and night vision imaging. A small lighting system along the brow of the helmet can project a HUD (Heads Up Display) against the inside of the visor, overlaying maps and tactical information while allowing the user 100% vision. All of this is controlled via studs on the jaw of the helmet as well as a control mounted on the wrist or thigh.

Note: In a cooperative effort from Ustia, the FSCA has been upgraded to an integrated, Land-Warrior style weapon linkage system.

While the armor is considered level III and IV protection, it maintains surpurb flexability and mobility for the wearer, and also allows for the insert of various weight and level trauma plates.

DuResist Armour - Cruxium
Comprising of layers similar to a HAZMAT suit, the DuResist suit is designed to protect against biohazards whilst in a war-zone. The armour has a base jump-suit to prevent the armour fusing to skin during extreme temperatures, with the suit itself being partially Teflon based. The secondary layer consist of a Tyvek layer. Tyvek, a DuPont designed product, is comprised of high-density polyethelene fibres that will resist any biological or chemical agent currently employed in the field. Armour over the Tyvek layer is 25mm thick steel plate, below which is a high-density steel mesh, giving a total of an inch of armour. Finally the outer layer is a mixture of polyester and cotton, waterproof and comfortable. Upon the hands are simple Tyvek gloves with a heat-resistant layer similar to the jump suit, whilst on the feet are similar boots, comprising of heat-resistant fibre, a Tyvek layer, steel base and cover, and with leather covering.

To complement the DuResist suit, the YuResist Gas Mask, produced by LifeWyze and also previously unavailable for purchase, is also being released for sale. The original design was altered so that it would form an air-tight seal about the head, which would than be affixed to the DuResist suit through the vaccum seal. The YuResist mask covers the entire head, primarily a heat-resistant fibre about the head, followed by a Tyvek layer. The YuResist mask itself uses standard technology, with a more powerful filter, to prevent the inhalation of harmful agents. An additionally layer of armour can be purchased to affix about the head of the wearer and onto the mask, offering replacement for a helmet.

Transylvania Body Armour - The Transylvania
Introduction
Transylvanian body armor, made by Timber Wolf Inc., uses a mix of technologies to provide an armored and NBC protected system for the soldier. A soldier can use this armor to stop small arms fire. This armor has built-in night vision, a infra-red system and a radio in the helmet. The armor can be painted to a many color as anybody can think off. Normal paint can’t be used on the armor, a special paint was made that would stick to the armor.

Armor
The armor on the Transylvanian body armor uses of modern reactive flexible armor combined with hardened ceramic plates in vital locations provides NIJ level III (STANAG level I) protection on hardened areas and NIJ level III-A protection on all other places. At the joints, a flexible protective underlay (Kevlar fabric substrate doped with a metal-ceramic agent) has been used. The non-joint area (heavy, hard inflexible attachments) use Kevlar with ceramic plates.
The helmet, the back and top parts are full armored like the other part of the armor. Like a helmet you would see on SWAT team member. The front is a less armored, acts like a light armored gas mask. And this is how you take the helmet off, two clips near the neck hold the front and back parts together. Unclip those and the helmet comes off.

Systems
The HUD (Heads up display) on the Transylvanian body armor is a scanning laser projector system. The HUD displays thing like display tactical information, navigation, environmental warnings and radiological level of an area. The HUD also has built-in night vision, a flip of button on the right side of the helmet and the soldier will active the night vision. The HUD also has a built-in infra-red system. The active it, there is hidden button on the left side.
The inner lining of the suit has a system that can cool and heat by the weather. It will make a patrol in a winter landscape be like you were patrolling in warm area. In a hot place, the suit will cool the body.
On the ouster edge of the inner linings is a built-in artificial skeleton, adding to the user’s strength. Artificial muscles, artificial leg/arm joints and lightweight “bones” form the skeleton.
The helmet has a built-in helmet radio, which allows for troopers to communicate from short distances.

NBC Protection
The Transylvanian body armor was designed to be a closed suit. Being a closed suit means it gives protection against Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear dangers. The helmet has a built-in a face mask (One the left and right of the mouth.) which filters smoke, gas, and other airborne dangers. The air mask has a re-breather system built-in to re-cycle the air.
A radiological level detection sensor has been place in the right arm of the armor, which linked to the HUD.

Hercules super soldier program - Phoenixius

With the advances gained recently in electronic 'muscles' in aircraft and the like, MierTech scientists wondered if they could work to replace their parent tissue. With help from 133733 Mc 1337 1337 scientists, they worked around the clock to prepare these man-made muscles for testing in humans. After several promising tests on monkeys, tests began on voluntary humans. Inital predictions declared that only certain humans could take the 'upgrade' and survive. However this prediction still included the majority of the human population. After test were made, the predictions were proved to be over-estimating the number of possible hosts. Only about 25% of the human population would be able to recieve the implants.

After years of testing, the scientists managed to get the implants working with the same smoothness as if it was the hosts original tissue. Enhancements included improved strength, endurance and speed. However it took several years for the human host to fully assimilate and be trained in the operation of the new muscles.

After declaring the first stage of the project complete, the next stage began. This was the inclusion of small, yet powerful computers into the human body. Using connections to the visual nerve, it created an image of the computer screen directly on top of the natural optical image. Combining this with interpretation of the arms muscles movements to simulate a keyboard - just by holding their hands in front of them and tapping as if on a keyboard created the desired effect.

Finally, the Phoenixius Council allowed this project to be opened up to the international community, though MierTech retains the right to refuse to upgrade any nations soldiers. Obviously, your only going to want you spec ops guys with this.

Stage 1 upgrade
Suitable candidates: Male, post adolescent, no genetic diseases, low immunity level, pain tolerant
Surgery time: 24 hours
Recovery time: 1 month
Training time: 19 months
Enhancements: Depends, usually double normal speed, endurance, and strength.

Checkups: Every 2 months

Cost: $1mil per person

Stage 2 Upgrade
Requires Stage 1
Surgery time: 24 hours
Recovery time: 2 months
Training time: 24 months
Enhancements: 'On-board' computer, able to access computers via USB connector and/or wireless
Checkups: Every 2 months

Cost: $2mil per person

MTF-01 Portable Fortress - Phoenixius
The fortress is a portable, pre-made defensive structure. With the produciton rights purchased from Tenarius, MierTech scientists and engineers were able to delve deep into the construction methods and devise their own version - this is it.

Combining walls, with towers and bunkers, the portable fortress can be setup easily to create the perfect defensive structure. There are two different types of walls: mechanical walls, utilising hinges to seperate the wall into three sections; and electical walls, utilising the MAA technology to allow the walls, to 'warp' to the users satisfaction without creating weak points. These walls are 6m high and 2.5m wide, combining a 2m walkway on the top with a pallisade. Each wall has 75mm of Triad Armour. Also, each section of wall has a doorway in it, that is set flush to the wall, with the doors opening towards the outside of the wall - these can be locked with either electronic, mechanical, or both locks.

The towers are 10m tall, with space for 3 men at the top - it also include one MTG-01 G gun to provide heavy infantry defence. Armour plating on the tower is the same 75mm of Triad Armour as on the walls. The tower is hollow with ladders inside.

The bunker has 100mm of Triad Armour, making it much safer than the tower or wall, and holds a Deity uplink, and a small Wraith G-I system to provide a limited stealth capabilities. All sectons come in a variety of camoflage schemes, and is available in custom colours if needed.

Cost:
Wall: $150,000
Tower: $150,000
Bunker: $300,000
MTF-01 Package: $1,000,000 (4 walls, 2 towers, 1 bunker)
Production Rights: $60mil (includes all 3 sections)

PHBVS - Phoenixius
Phoenixius Holographic Battlefield Visualisation System
Generation I – This generates a holographic image in front of the user, created from images gathered from all over the battlefield. Onboard radar systems scan the skies and the ground using various forms of radar, to create a picture of the terrain being fought over and any vehicles in the area. The radar cycles its frequency 200 times a second, so that jamming and basic stealth doesn’t have that much effect on the image gained. IR cameras scan the surrounding areas and plot any heat signatures on the holographic map.
G-I N - This is the naval version of the G-I PHBVS. The same as the aerial and ground version, it also incorporates an active sonar setup, that also cylces it's frequency. Then it determines the time it takes for the signal to return. The passive sonar places each signal recieved against a large database of sounds to identify the signal.

Generation II – Basically the same as the first generation, if there is a CACS onboard then the holographic map includes details gathered from other units using CACS. This also adds a zoom capability to the map, allowing details that are beyond the range on the onboard radar to be shown.
G-II N - Again the same as G-II, except with the addition of the sonar.

Generation III - Utilising several waves sent out for the radar, most of the waves will self cancel, allowing only 2 waves to return, signalling empty air. With active stealth systems, the computer will return all the waves, indicating to the transmitting PHBVS the presence of an aircraft.
G-III N - The same as G-III, it includes sonar, cycling at over 600 times a second. It will also be able to speed up or slow down incoming signals to determine if they are man-made of organic.

Generation IV - This is the radar part of the vehicle, cycling its frequency hundreds of times a second in an attempt to confuse enemy stealth measures. It also incorporates various other detection systems such as IR, UV and more. This system also gathers data about the surroundings, as well as enemy and friendly vehicles. This allows the APS to work to its best, and gives a better idea of the surroundings. The system can track around 30 vehicles, though with linkage to other PHBVS, many more can be shown. This is especially important as this includes a holographic imaging system to show the user the battlefield, including structures of note, enemy and friendly vehicles, plus any other important information. Using the APS, details from other PHBVS users can create a much larger picture of the battlefield, and combining several users at once, each using a different frequency for their radar, means that conventional active stealth measures are pretty much useless. Again, the radar uses several waves in each 'pulse' where many of the waves cancel each other out in the atmosphere. For naval units, this system includes a sonar array, and a system that speeds up sounds to determine if they are natural, or man-made in origin.

A combined effort, this was designed to primarily fight in urban environments, though thanks to its amphibious capabilities it could also work effectively outside the cities and other built up areas. Designed with mobility in mind, with armour being a second point that was heavily needed. Therefore the wheels used are toughened to prevent drastic damage to be caused by mines and other rocket/shell like projectiles. This is done by having a run-flat system incroporated into the tire, with hardened materials present within the tire rubber.

Smoke grenade launchers, and smoke emitters are stationed around the vehicle to provide cover from enemy fire, and to disorientate enemy infantry. Areas of vulnerability include the exhaust and the underside, so in an effort to reduce these vulnerabilities, the exhaust is placed near the rear wheel housing, on the underside. As for the underside, the armour is bent, similar to the keel of a boat, so that any explosion is pushed sideways, so the full force doesn't go against the underside.

Phoenixius - "Templar I"

http://www.geocities.com/elliasaubec9/MTV-Templar.jpg

With the Tenoth being an old design, a modern tank was required. Though the Tenoth had had many refits, it was still an old tank. Taking note of other nations tanks, and implementing their own technology, MierTech created the Templar. The ETC 140mm main gun is a powerful addition, giving the Templar much more killing power over the old Tenoth. A co-axial ETC 80mm gun allows the use of smaller munitions for lighter work. Some MTG-04 centrifuge guns, in smaller turrets, allow for anti-infantry work, spitting out death many times a second.

Should the tanks crew be incapacitated in any way, the APS system can keep the vehicle fighting, though not as well as with human pilots. The PDCS keeps the tank safe from various missiles, dispersing various countermeasures to ensure the missile is confused as to its real target. With the PHBVS, the crew have unmatched visual capabilities, easily viewing the entire battlefield, enabling them to target the best enemy.

Kreynoria - "Battle Elephant"

Overview

For centuries, the elephant has been considered obsolete as a weapon of war. However, with modern training, armor, weapons, and technology, the elephant has been revived as a useful weapon of war.

Benefits

Elephants have many advantages compared to vehicles. They need food, but they don't require expensive fuels like gasoline or diesel. Elephants care if they crash, unlike a vehicle, and try their best to avoid this. Elephants reproduce. Elephants don't need spare parts. Elephants can handle terrain that even the most rugged vehicles cannot. Elephants are some of the most intelligent animals on Earth and can learn to use a wide variety of weapons. Elephants are also much cheaper than vehicles.

Training

The Kreynoria War Elephant Storefront offers several different types of training for elephants. War training trains elephants as engines of battlefield destruction. War training conditions elephants to pain and scary battlefield conditions. Riot training trains an elephant to break up riots and uprisings without fatally harming rioters. Labor training focuses on building up the elephant's strength and stamina, to take advantage of their logistical ability. And finally, we offer circus training to those who would like to see their elephants perform rather than fight.

Weapons

Elephants are highly intelligent and capable of wielding modern weaponry effectively if properly trained. We offer machine guns, grenade launchers, flamthrowers, 57mm cannons, and 120mm cannons for war, and water cannons for crowd control. A variety of other weapons are available: blades, spikes, flails, and chains can all be used by elephants to put the hurt on enemies.

Fighting Platforms

Elephant can also mount a fighting platform on their back, providing protection and elevation to snipers, commanders, or anyone else whom you decide to place on it. We offer a wooden platform or an enclosed metal structure with firing slits. We also offer a larger metal structure that lacks firing slits which can allow transport of a squad of soldiers.

Armor and Protection

Protecting an elephant on the modern battlefield is essential. Modern weapons will slaughter an unprotected elephant. Hence we offer a wide variety of armors and protective devices for the elephants, including elephant-sized flak jackets, nano-mesh armor, gas masks, NBC suits, earplugs, helmets, and boots. We can also supply decorations for your elephants to make them distinctive. This is especially useful when fighting an enemy that also uses elephants.

Conclusion

With the use of modern technology, the elephant can once again become a useful and fearsome weapon of war.

Phoenix Militia - "Scorpion"

T-1 Scorpion Main Battle Tank[And Variants]
http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/T-1.jpg

Introduction
The T-1 Scorpion main battle tank is a land combat system featuring state of the art of armor protection, lethality, firepower, and maneuverability which was designed by Phoenix Dynamix for The Phoenix Milita's army.

Weapons
The T-1 carries one (1) 140mm rifled main cannon and there is enough room for ~60 assorted rounds DU, HEAT, SABOT, STAFF rounds and TOW-4 anti-tank missiles. The T-1A1 uses a smooth bore with slightly different round types. The T-1A2 uses a 112mm smoothbore, plus a 56mm gatling gun instead of the 140mm cannon. One three-barreled smoke grenade discharger is fitted on each side of the turret and you want to put conventional grenades in the launchers(takes HE grenades up to 40mm). A smoke screen can also be laid by an engine operated system. There is the option of two 81mm mortars on the sides of the tread, to be operated by the commander. There are (2) M-99 missile mounts which contain 8 Hellfire MMW IIs and 40 M261 2.75 inch hydra rockets. For defense there are also 4 stingers mounted on the back of the turret, behind the commander's station. The commander sits in a fully armored mini-turret which is equipped with six periscopes(providing 360 degree view), the .50 cal machine gun *which can be swapped out with a 15.5mm MG) and he can operate the M-99 systems, the stingers , and designate targets for the main gun by using the CITV system. The Commander's Independent Thermal Viewer (CITV) provides the him with independent stabilized day and night vision with a 360 degree view, automatic scanning, automatic target selection for the main gun and back-up fire control.
There is one coaxial 7.62mm M-240B machinegun that can be operated by the gunner, a second 7.62mm is mounted on a skate mount on the other side and is operated by the loader. Even the driver has his own machinegun to operate if need be, an 11mm MG-22 SAW is mounted in the very front of the tank also on a skate mount. All 7.62mm machine guns can be swapped with 11mm (.450 Phoenix) machine guns and the driver can have a minigun or 40mm GMG instead if he wishes.

Engine
The 1700 hp PD XM-1700 Diesel-Electric Hybrid engine was created specifically for the T-1 Scorpion and features a fuel cell battery back up for emergencies such as if the diesel fuel tank is hit and needs to be sealed off. While its top speed is 78mph it is governed at 48 mph to save fuel. It features easy access panel to key components and it can be worked on with a minimum of tools as there are built in drivers on many bolts for quick access to preform maintaince or repairs. The engine compartment is protected against HEAT projectiles with non-explosive reactive armor.

Armor and Protection
The T-1 Scorpion main battle tank incorporates a new type of carbon composite encased depleted uranium armor(The RHA value of which is estimated at 2,000mm at the strongest and 800mm at the weakest) all around. The side skirts of the treads are made of high density carbon composite, and plated with a thin coating of silver(looks cool)although ceramic plates can be used in place of the silver. Armored bulkheads separate the crew compartment from the fuel tanks and ammo storage area. The top panels of the tank will to blow outwards in the event of penetration by a HEAT projectile or detonation of the M-99 missile mounts. It is capable of being completely sealed for underwater travel and is protected against nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) warfare through standard Phoenix Dynamix NBC systems. All electronics are shielded from emp in faraday cages where possible. The Full Spectrum Active Protection Close-In Shield or FCLAS is an option for the T-1 as it is with most PD armored vehicles and ships. The Phoenix Dynamix FCLAS features a canister loading system and fires from a single barrel. The FCLAS system uses 4 or more canister launchers tied into a combined RADAR/LADAR sensor system, computer controlled this system will detect and calculate the approach speed of a projectile, like a cruise missile, anti-tank missile or even a free-flight rocket. It then lobs the FCLAS projectile out at a specified trajectory, again computer controlled. The round bursts in the air at exactly the right moment, ensuring 80% of the time the warhead
of the incoming missile explodes.

F-2 Peregrine The Xeno
Felucan Original - $75 million

The Felucan F-2 has been designed for complete air dominance. One deployment of the Peregrine is to completely nill sensors and RADAR/IR and reduce the fight down to pure cannons and dogfighting, where the Peregrine will have a distinct advantage.

The Peregrine is a multirole, fighter twin-engine combat aircraft with a fully integrated weapons and navigation systems, making use of the latest technology and is capable of outstanding performance on multiple target air-to-air missions and air-to-surface missions deep behind enemy lines.

The Peregrine is a single-seater designed also for seaborne use and carries the same weapon and navigation system. Its airframe has been designed for aircraft-carrier deployment.

The primary role of the Peregrine is air-to-air combat. To reflect this, its hull is formed of strengthened composite that can ward off most shrapnel. The lack of a second seat allows for approximately 100lbs worth of extra computer and sensor systems, giving the Peregrine unmatched detection and fire-control abilities.

The Peregrine will feature dual 30mm cannons on either side of the nose as well as multiple hardpoints, giving it a distinct advantage in air combat. The larger size of the aircraft allows for greater dimensions for fuel, engines and weaponry.

The increased wingspan and wingspace allows for very high preformance even at extreme altitudes (Both high and low), and features a revolutionary new vector-thrust system to allow for extremely tight turning and combat manuvering. The defensive systems feature chaff and flare dispensers as well as RADAR and infrared jamming. A brand new defensive system designed to trigger incoming warheads has been added to this aircraft.

The system is modular, allowing for easy upgrades and features space for new systems in the future. When the aircraft's electronics are activated, it will automaticly detect its payload, fuel state and run a self-diagnosis.

MTA-F02 Mephistos Interceptor - Phoenixius
Overview
With the impractability of the MTA-F01, MierTech got their scientists and engineers to create a more reasonable aircraft. After much debating, a switchblade style aircraft was chosen, much like previous models. However, the Mephistos was to be able to take down any enemy fighter, regardless of where they were. After researching various other fighters in production by other manufactures, the final design was made.

Design
As a switchblade design, the Mephistos can alter its flight profile to get the job done. Taking directly perpendicular to the fuselage as 0º, the wings can be swept from -10º (backwards) to +90º (forwards), allowing for delta, FSW, and normal wing configurations. For takeoff, landing, and VTOL mode, the wings are placed at the 0º position for maximum control. When taking on enemy fighters, and manouverability is needed, the wings move forwards, taking the best angle for the current flight path, and enemy projections. For high speed, the wings move fully forward to form a delta. Throughout flight, the wings will be constantly shifting position, so that the optimum angle is obtained for the current flight profile.

Armour and Defence
Though armour is pretty much useless on an aircraft, certain areas need protecting. The cockpit, engines and weapons bays are protected by multiple layers of Triad armour, allowing for the best protection possible from debris encountered.

The PDCS system gives a very good chance for the vehicle using it to be able to avoid the majority of enemy missiles that may be fired at it. Using a small launcher, each decoy has the same IR signature as the vehicle, as well as creating a RCS almost the same as that of the vehicle. They also emit the same sort of sound as the vehicle to prevent audible detection (mainly in ships), and have a small radar jammer equipped. When used in conjunction with PMAS and APS, the aircraft can launch the decoys, and then change the movement profile of the vehicle in order to confuse the missile as to which target it should go for.

The EMPPS uses various detectors to discover incoming EMPs and then deactivates electronic systems onboard the aircraft to minimise electrical surges. It also exchanges traditional wires for fibre-optical wires, which cannot let electricity surge along them. There are also electro-magnets incorporated into the skin of the aircraft that activate to create an electric field around the aircraft of different frequencies and types, reducing that amount of EMP that can pass through, and therefore the amoutn of damage recieved. There are also capacitors stored on various parts of the circuitry that are designed to absorb the harmful electronic surges.

The PMAS detects incoming missiles via linkage to PHBVS, and determines the time-to-impact. If the pilot does nothing, and/or the missile gets within 3 secs of detonation, the system activates the PDCS, and rolls the aircraft to the left or right, while at the same time either increasing or decreasing the speed of the aircraft in order to change the flight profile of the aircraft. When APS is present, along with PHBVS, the computer will work out the more advantageous side to roll to, in order to engage the enemy.

Electonic systems
The Mephistos has the PHBVS. This is the radar part of the aircraft, cycling its frequency hundreds of times a second in an attempt to confuse enemy stealth measures. This is especcially important as this includes a holographic imaging system to show the user the battlefield, including structures of note, enemy and friendly vehicles, plus any other important information.

Archangel detects incoming radar waves and compares them with the current atmospheric conditions. It then relays the resultant waves back to the source, defeating the radar. However large numbers of radar sites will reduce the impact this has significantly. However, the system can also be used to increase the number of radar 'hits', either giving the enemy incorrect data, or swarming the radar screens so that they cannot be read, or even in extreme cases, destroy the radar set altogether. The system also includes IR filters on the engine exhausts, plus pipes that leak the heat to other parts of the aircraft to confuse incoming missiles. This can also be linked with the PDCS so that the heat is concentrated at the engine at the time of release, then being spread over the entire aircraft in order to reduce the IR signature of the engine. A sound deadining system, similar in generation to the radar cancellation is also included, though the effectiveness of this is not as important as that of the radar cancellation.

A generation ahead of the old CACS, the APS will utilise all onboard systems to control the vehicle with no human intervention. It creates a battlefield-wide map using the systems from its own vehicle, and others - a virtual battlefield, that commanders can access to control their forces. This allows it to prioritise its own needs and any viable targets, and then carry them out. Some would say that the system wouldn't have the creativity of human piots, but when your pilot has blacked out, or your low on pilots, its very useful - especially when it comes with a database of manouvers it could take based on the current situation. It can communicate with every single APS unit in the world, and send this information back to HQ, allowing a world view to be generated, as well as allowing other APS units to use the information.

Weapons
The Mephistos has both guns and missiles as its primary weapon systems, however other armaments may be installed to provide different roles.

MTG-01
This is a machine gun that has a 20mm calibre. It uses semi-guided ammunition, the details of which were first obtained from Kotterdam, and then modified by MierTech. Using four small electronic ‘muscles’ in the bullet, they receive information from the host vehicle and then activate the muscles accordingly in order to achieve a change of direction. This isn’t exactly homing, as the bullets have only a limited capacity to turn, but it can make the difference between a hit and a near miss. It has a ROF of around 200 rpm, and the bullets achieve speeds of up to 1,600m/s.

MTM-10 Swift LRAAM
Designed for the Mephistos fighter, the MTM-10 Swift missiles are equiped with a RAMjet, allowing the missile to reach speeds of around Mach 6 at normal combat altitudes. It uses a modifed PHBVS link to follow the target, which allows for a much more accurate targeting. If countermeasures are deployed, comparisons between the various IR, UV and radar signatures are compared, and the one most like the initial target is chosen as the new target - this prevents most usual countermeasures from working effectively. Its has a range of 200km at normal combat altitude, and each missile costs $700,000. 4 missiles can be accomodated, and a further 2 instead of the MTM-11 Oppressor SRAAMs.

MTM-11 Opressor SRAAM
Like the Swift LRAAM, the Oppressor was designed with the Mephistos in mind. It also has a RAMjet, though for the shorter ranges this is designed for, it 'only' has a speed of Mach 4. Again a modifed PHBVS link is used to target and track the enemy, with a small IR tracker in case the PHBVS link is lost. Again, constant comparisons are made to ensure that the target, and not the countermeasures are hit. This missile has a range of 40km, and each missile costs $375,000. 8 missiles can be contained, and a further 8 instead of the Swift LRAAMs.

MTA-M01 Phantom - Phoenixius

The need to insert specialist units deep into enemy territory with little detection, and high safety, required a new aircraft to be designed. High speed is the core of this aircraft, with two engines supplying enough thrust to reach several times the speed of sound. At lower speeds the rotary wings come into effect, making the aircraft VTOL in its effect. At high speeds, the blades morph to create smooth wings.

In the underside of the fuselage, a small cargo hold allows up to 8 men to rest in position to drop down from the aircraft at a moments notice. Upon disembarkation time, the bottom opens up, and cabels fall from the ceiling. The men then rappel down these, and once free, the aircraft moves off, winches winding in the cables. Using the best stealth measures, this aircraft can remain undetected for pretty much the entire trip.

Aircraft Carrier:

The Empire of The Xeno
CVN-1 Daewoo Class Aircraft Carrier (http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/4446/daewooclass0vs.gif)
In addition to their power-projection role, they serve as joint command platforms in the worldwide command-and-control network.
The carrier air wing can destroy enemy aircraft, ships, submarines, and land targets, or lay mines hundreds of miles from the ship. Aircraft are used to conduct strikes, support land battles, protect the battle group or other friendly shipping, implement a sea or air blockade. The air wing provides a visible presence to demonstrate Felucan power and resolve in a crisis. The ship normally operates as the centerpiece of a carrier battle group commanded by a flag officer embarked in the carrier and consisting of four to six other ships, including guided missile cruisers, destroyers, frigates, replenishment ships and submarines.

The Daewoo-class carriers are a floating airport, capable of catapult launching as many as two aircraft a minute. The ship's two catapults and four arresting gear engines enable her to launch and recover aircraft rapidly and simultaneously. The ships carry several different types of aircraft with a total complement of more than 80 planes. During flight operations, the flight deck of 5.7 acres is a scene of intense activity, with crew, aircraft and other equipment functioning as a well-rehearsed and carefully choreographed team to ensure both efficiency and safety. Two aircraft elevators, each the size of two average city lots, bring the aircraft to the flight deck from the hangars below. Small tractors spot the planes on the flight deck. Aviation fuel is pumped up from tanks below, and bombs and rockets are brought up from the magazines. Powerful steam catapults (affectionately known as "Fat Cats") can accelerate 37-ton jets from zero to a safe flight speed of up to 180 miles per hour in about 300 feet and in less than three seconds. The weight of each aircraft determines the amount of thrust provided by the catapult. When landing, pilots use a system of lenses to guide the aircraft "down the slope," the correct glide path for landing. The four arresting wires, each consisting of two-inch thick wire cables connected to hydraulic rams below decks, drag landing aircraft going as fast as 150 miles per hour to a stop in less than 400 feet. High in the island, seven stories above the flight deck, the "Air Boss" and his staff coordinate the entire operation, which is carefully monitored from the flight deck level as well as by the Captain on the ship's bridge. The various functions of the flight deck crew are identified by the colors they wear: yellow for officers and aircraft directors; purple for fuel handlers; green for catapult and arresting gear crews; blue for tractor drivers; brown for chock and chain runners; and red for crash and salvage teams and the ordnance handlers.

The Daewoo-class self-defense measures include: missiles, guns, and electronic warfare. The Sparrow Missile System is comprised of two launchers with four missiles each. Sparrow is a radar-guided, short-to-medium range missile capable of engaging aircraft and cruise missiles. Daewoo-class also has Close-In Weapon System mounts for short range defense against aircraft or missiles. Each mount has its own search and track radar, and a six-barrel, 30-millimeter Gatling gun capable of firing 3,000 rounds per minute

The carrier's two nuclear reactors give her virtually unlimited range and endurance and a top speed in excess of 30 knots. Eight steam turbine generators each produce 8,000 kilowatts of electrical power, enough to serve a small city. The ship has enough electrical generating power to supply electricity to a city of 100,000. The ships normally carrys enough food and supplies to operate for 90 days. Four distilling units enable Daewoo-class engineers to make over 400,000 gallons of fresh water from seawater a day, for use by the propulsion plants, catapults and crew. The ship carries approximately 3 million gallons of fuel for her aircraft and escorts, and enough weapons and stores for extended operations without replenishment. These ships also have extensive repair capabilities, including a fully equipped Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department, a micro-miniature electronics repair shop, and numerous ship repair shops. Keeping a Daewoo-class carrier ready at all times requires repair shops to maintain machinery and aircraft, heavy duty tailor shops to repair parachutes and other survival gear, and electronic ships that keep communication, navigation and avionics equipment in good condition. Daewoo-class carriers boast all the amenities that would be found in any city with a comparable population, including a post office with its own ZIP code, TV and radio stations, a newspaper, a fire department, a library, a hospital, a general store, two barbershops and much more.

Almost all entries are up, so if you still have an entry for the MEE, please send it to the relevant nation. As soon as all the entries are up we'll start the voting.

Still need more entries for the Long Range and Support subcategories. If support vehicles are not entered we may split the Battle Vehicles into two categories: Tanks and Infantry Fighting Vehicles.

lol, no way. Theres a good reason i bought from you and not say SU, which is actually someone i was told was good at their aircraft. Your stuff is well balanced, well designed, got a lot of tech in it and simply suits my MT needs to the letter, especially with slight modifications which you are all to happy to do :)

Yeah, I haven gotten your entries or Mine for that matter, as I said on Phoe's forums, I've been busy... and all your stuff has far too many characters, I can't fit TWO of your aircraft on one page, so I'm gonna have to post links.
