The fledging Commonwealth of Sakon in looking to develop a native space launch and orbital satallite capability. Does anyone have a current space program we can partner up with? We can offer you great deals on fresh trout and Small Arms discounts!

UEMS would be glad to start your space program for you, we have a wide variety of Space Craft and Sats. Why we don't need any Small Arms discounts, some Frest Trout sounds nice. Does your nation have any other resources it might be willing to share with our nation in exchange for payment?

Our space program is pretty advanced, but in recent years it has been neglected. If you wish, we can allow your people to use the facilities and equipment in concert with our own people until you are ready to construct your own facilities and equipment. In any case, we will make one of our PX-801 space shuttles available for your use at all times.

While you may choose to accept the previous two offers, we can provide you with affordable launch vehicals. Our Delta-series (http://www.nasa.gov/images/content/125291main_deltaII.jpg) of rockets are economical to use and are perfect for launching sats into orbit. While these are not yet on the market, we have chosen your nation to recieve five FREE Delta I's for trials. If you are pleased with their performance, then we will place them on the open market. What do you say?

What are the capabilities of the PX-801? Does it require a dedicated launch platform like the American STS or can it operate from an runway?
