Considering that GASN is currently undergoing a rough spot, The Holy Confederacy is looking for new allies.

There are three stages of alliance we are looking for.

1. Trade Alliance (No tarrifs, free trade, etc.) Maraque
2. Non-agression pact (we both agree not to attack each other)Maraque
3. Mutual defense (Each agrees to come to the others defense if they are attacked (this necessitates that the other nation is estimated to be able to lend a reasonable force to our aid, and that we are able to lend a significant force to theirs. (OOC: In other words, nobody a tenth of my size or ten times my size))) Sterotops

OOC: JC, I'm a completely different country now technically, so I'd say it just falls under the GASN rule of don't attack each other or you get kicked out.

The Czar of West Corinthia offers a trade alliance, NAP, and Mutual Defense pact. With the problems arising in GASN, the nations within must rely more heavily upon one another. Therefore, let us cement our friendship outside of the alliance.
