okay but are you willing to chop down your population to the half? I don't think that I am ready to fight a 400 million nation :( If not I can just add 200 millions to my population then we will be equal in size. Also can I be the invader?

Well, here's an option. I'm not going to go with any monkeying around with population levels, but we can have about the same size militaries in the following way.
Let's say there's a smallish island a couple hundred miles off the coast of New Aeson. We both claim it. I claim it because it's of obvious strategic importance, you claim it because... well that's up to you. We both send forces there to deal with the conflict of interests.
I do believe that my having been on NS longer should confer a certain numerical advantage to me, but not a huge difference in the forces.

And Maldorians, no, this isn't hypocrisy. Kraven doesn't need to provide a reason. It's pretty generally accepted that he attacks people for conquest.
