OOC: Y'know, it occasionally gets rather tiresome that my nation is incredibly isolationist. So, what the hell, I thought I'd garner a few embassies in order to have contact with a few more nations, expand my consumer base, etc.

To whom it may concern,

For time immemorable, Otagia has stood back from the world stage, content to let other nations come and go, all the while catering to their needs from the sidelines. While admirable in the fact that Otagia has never fought a war on foreign soil, this has lead to a stagnation of relations with other governments. Thus, as Regent-Elect of Otagia, I hereby invite any and all interested nations to exchange embassies with Otagia. The following restrictions and rules apply to all embassies:


Embassy may not exceed one square kilometer in area.
Embassy personnel may not exceed five hundred, although housing for citizens of your country housed on a temporary basis will not count against this limit.
Security personnel may not exceed 200. If you wish security to be provided by a third party, the contract shall be awarded to White Knight Security Services.
Embassies are considered territory of the nation it represents. All laws of that nation shall apply therein. Diplomats will possess full immunity from prosecution by Otagian or Pale Rider Arms courts until their diplomatic status is revoked. Embassy personnel beyond diplomats and ambassadors do NOT possess this immunity.
All embassies will be constructed by native labor, and will be situated in Arbite City and the surrounding area.
A total of 4 armed vehicles are allowed, with no single vehicle massing over 4 tonnes. An unlimited number of unarmed vehicles is allowed.
All embassies will be approved on a case by case basis. Otagia reserves the right to deny any nation an embassy, or revoke embassies at any time without prior warning.


To apply for an embassy in our nation, please complete the attached form. We hope that this measure will broaden our exposure to the diverse cultures inhabiting the world, and allow more open dialogue between our nations.

This is good news, I will sent Ambassador James Kelly and a few Embassy Guards to check out the location of our embassy. At the same time, an embassy is offer to the nation of Otagia. It is located on Embassy Avenue in Bucharest, Romania. There are many embassies on that avenue but only five of them have people in them, the nations that are in those are close allies of the Dominion. Jenrak, Roach-Busters, Camel Eaters, Jagada and Ceyolia.

The embassy has enough room for two hundred people to set up offices and etc. The embassy is located on five acres. There is a helipad in the front yard and a large swimming pool in the back. The embassy and the land will be treated as that nation own land, there laws and etc.

Four armed vehicles can be stationed at the embassy as long as they do not carry any weapon with a caliber of .50 or higher. Unlimited number of non-armed vehicles can be placed at the embassy. A non-armed helicopter can be stationed at the embassy but it will have to be registered with both the Dominion Civil Air and Dominion Air Force.

A hundred guards can be placed at the embassy. No weapon can be a caliber of .50 or higher then a .50 caliber.

I have seen what a Predator III Heavy Pistol do. Nice firearm, I do say. But I will have to ban that pistol, too. For the fact that it overpowers .45 ACP and etc. Sorry. I know PRA has other pistols that your guards can use as sidearm.

I have talk to the Count about this before I send my application early, he said that it was okay to offer a military base or air base or a naval base to you. There is only one foreign nation that has a base in the Dominion and it is Roach-Buster naval base in Romania. At the bases, there will be no bans of any weapons but NBC warfare. So…what do you think?
