Saudi Border of Yemen
Tanks and Army Regiments from both Yemen and Oman traveled across the Saudi border and saw their targets in sight. Yemen and Oman had begun it's advancement through the Yemen border to strike the most damage to the kingdom and planned to attack the cities of Najran and Jizan.
Jizan
6:45 A.M.
The military force of Yemen and Oman struck the city hard and without mercy. Tanks fired at the civilian buildings while also striking at its agricultural fields. Many civilians took up arms to defend themselves but were unable to push back the combined forces. Seeing they could not defeat the military, the citizens of the kingdom began to flee from the city, but only less than half of them managed to escape.
Casualties:
Saudi Arabia: 51,436 civilians
Yemen and Oman: 24 soldiers
Najran
6:45 A.M.
The forces of Yemen and Oman met with more resistance in Najarn, but not strong enough to keep a great deal of lives from being lost. But what struck the citizens the most was the destruction of an important site for the entire city. Half an hour into the fighting, an airforce strike was conducted on the Najran Valley Dam, one of the largest dams in the kingdom. Seeing it fall into the water was a strain on the spirit of the people in the city, but kept fighting for their lives. Thankfully, the military present there was able to keep the forces of Yemen and Oman from advancing.
Casualties:
Saudi Arabia: 3,482 civilians, 238 soldiers
Yemen and Oman: 197 soldiers
Riyadh
8:00 A.M.
When King Mutaib bin Abdullah Al-Saud learned of the strike on his country, he was in a great deal of shock. He was warned by Yemen and Oman before that if he did not step down from his seat of power, his country would face dire consequences, but he did not believe that it would lead to war. Not all countries in the world felt safe with the House of Saud's return to power, despite popular demand, due to the fact of Crown Prince Al-Saud's support of HAMAS. Mutaib promised that he would see to it that any terrorists or HAMAS supporters would be removed, but not all countries around the world apparently believed him, including Yemen and Oman. But there was no time now to grieve over what was happening, he had a kingdom to save. He ordered a military strike on the Yemen and Oman forces to take back the cities of Najran and Jizan. The soldiers were able to push back the militaries but not without a heavy cost. The king was grieved to have seen this attack occur today, but he would likely hear from Yemen and Oman soon, so he would have to be ready to answer whatever propositions they had for him.
Military Attack Casualties:
Saudi Arabia: 299 soldiers
Yemen and Oman: 328 soldiers
Total Casualties:
Saudi Arabia: 54,918 civilians, 537 soldiers
Yemen and Oman: 549 soldiers
