It all depends on how much you have to spend, we can sell you small bases for field op's or large base's that take up several Kilometers

To the Omega Oil Broadcast -

ICCD is willing to allow construction of military bases in a designated zone under the following conditions.


- No Offensive attacks are launched from any such bases directly.
- All construction and maitenance is the responsibility of OOB
- OOB will be provided a five year lease on the land and every (10) ten years the lease will be reveiwed.
- In the event that OOB declares war against an ally of ICCD or against ICCD the lease will be revoked outright.
- Designated flight pathways will be provided and no flights are to fly outside the flight pathways designated. Any aircraft without valid reason flying outside those zones will be considered hostile aircraft violating this agreement.
- Designated firing zones will be provided, not arms shall be fired except in those designated firing zones.
- All goods and materials imported to the base will be inspected by DIAN (ICCD citizens from the External Services Import Inspectors, as well as Internal Services Trade Inspectors.
- All personnel of the said bases require to pass health standards that can be administered either by a joint body of ICCD Health Personnel and your own health personnel or exclusively by ICCD Health Personnel.

- ICCD may ask for the removal of any of your personnel that for whatever reason are not welcome within ICCD, due to not meeting standard visa requirements.

-Personnels leave off base will be provided by visa only with exception of emergency situations such as equipment failure etc.. Any personnel found AWOL or having no valid reason for being on ICCD territory will be seen as hostile or being illegally on Dian Territory.

-All buildings constructed must be inspected by ICCD Infrastructure Services, and meet ICCD infrastructure services building code standards.

- placing ICCD under a trade embargo will result in nullification of the treaty.

-If the terms are satisfied the number of bases and required landmass and any special requirements should be tendered so that suitable areas for the project can be undertaken.

OOC: ICCD has not yet opened a base with blackhelm but is very close to cementing that deal.

Your choice, however your information is presumptious, and not current, however at this rate of course I'm going to let Griffencrest open bases, as you are being hostile cause you'd like to be. I was offering the option to both of you as both you were seeking.

IF you did already announce an embargo consider this IC:

Yeah, you have something against his nation so you are trying to keep people from selling him land, especcially land he could use to launch an attack on you. However, blackhelm is an ally of mine in several pacts and alliances, so i chose him over you very easily. Then you embargoed me to try and discourage me from doing so, but i ignored you. so on and so forth, But yeah, i get it.
