The Antioch Doctrine (Major change in KLM Foreign Policy)
Entrain light of the recent changes to geopolitical landscape in the world, the Imperial Government feels its necessary to update it existing policy doctrines to cope with the recent changes in the landscape. It should be noted the Imperial Government, will not deviate far from its standing policies of Realpolitk, yet some necessary changes have been added.
Section One
The Imperial Government standing policy on all territories of Imperium goes as the following, the Imperial Government will not stand for any nation to undermine the territorial stability of the Imperium any nation caught supporting or in sighting a rebellion within the Imperium will result in total war with the Imperium. We will not stand for such a transgression against our nation to pass without any form of retaliation.
(OOC: In other words, the KLM won’t stand for anyone to destabilized to their holdings like their Sub Provinces, Provinces, Regions, Dominions, Protectorates, Vassals, Union States, Federate State, Confederate states and the list goes on…but you get the point…mess with us and we’ll burn you for it…its mainly in reaction to recent events with Oceania...)
Section Two
The Imperial Government standing policy on the terrorism is the following the Imperium will not support any form of terrorism, we will not stand for state sponsored terrorism against the Imperium. If a state sponsored terrorism attack were to take place, the results would be the Imperium going to total with the backers.
Section Three
No foreign aircraft, ship, and vehicle whether friendly, neutral, or hostile is permitted in within airspace, maritime zone of the Imperium, any without prior authorization from the Imperial government. This includes all civilian and military craft.
Section Four
All citizens of the allies of the Imperium will no longer need visas to enter the Imperium. As sign of the friendship between the Imperium and its respected allies.
(OOC: This means any nations who were official members of the old now defunct Ottoman Alliance get this privilege, so do the following nations Sarzonia, Aztec National League,Jagada, Doomingsland, The Parthians,Generic Empire,Communist Red China, Upper Xen and couple more nations)
Section Five
The Imperium will not use WMDs or NBCs as offensive weapon; unless the other nation uses them against us,then we will use it as defensive weapon.
Section Six
The Imperial will take a more internationalist stance in world affairs, our goal is to expand more peaceful relations with the nations of the world and improve relations with others in certain regions.
The Imperial Senate as of 8/10/06 has enacted this Doctrine and Grand Vizier Mehmed Pasa Sokollu, acting head of the Imperial Government, has signed it in to effect.
