Hataria, though only mildly, as he isn't raining cruise missiles down onto my cities!
Of course you Questers ;) That's not to say Hataria isn't a good guy or anything but ICly you sold me some of your SDN's and your on my side in Passion Play.
ICly, my government holds you as a close ally.

Well i feel kind of sorry for Hataria, don't know why (I don't support him tough, and he pissed my gov't off as much as he pissed every other GASN members). OOCly i'd say i'm more friendly with Questers, but i don't know why either. =p
Since there are no IC relations between our countries and no "Neither" option, i've choosen "You're both lamers" ^^

I'd normally put you both as lamers, but Quester's sold me a hood and is one hell of a comic artist so that puts him ahead...
While I'm slightly miffed at Questers (due largely to the Treaty of Singapore, as Otagians don't really see the purpose of offering a peace treaty when we're winning anyway), Hataria has rubbed Otagia the wrong way several times in the past. That and I'm considering buying a Hood...
Questers by a long shot, after all he sold me my Hood.;)

PRH-TT hates empires, so both lamers.
Hataria has the odd habit of being insanely annoying by attacking everything that moves for retarded reasons then trying to godmod through it.
