[ooc: ehh, one typo I think - you said that there are six governates [not governorates], but you only list 5. What's the sixth one?]

IC:

The Emirate of Alif Laam Miim wishes to introduce friendly and formal diplomatic relations with the South American Union. We invite your government to an embassy in Al Qahirah or Al Iskandariyah - and we hope that you accept our proposal.

Eventhough we had a small conflict with your ally Indochina recently (which has been solved) we still want to open diplomatic relations with the South American Union. We oofer a nice plot on Orchard Road, Singapore, for an embassy. Likewise, an embassy staff stands ready to depart to Buenos Aires.

The South American Union finds these terms acceptable, and will send Juan Garica Ginobli to Singapore on the next flight out. We also invite you to Buenos Aires.

The South American Union would be honored to give the Emirate a embassy in Buenos Aires, and would ask the Emir if he would like to come for the groundbreaking as well as a meeting on a possible free trade agreement between our nations

We accept the embassy proposal at Buenos Aires. However, the Emir expresses his dismay as regional affairs will unfortunately detain him. I - Prime Minister Yusuf Hassan - will go in his stead. I will bring Minister of Industry and Economy Abd al-Aziz Ibn-Abd Allah.

We only ask now where you'd like your embassy located.
