Very good statistics. Im a bit apprehensive whenever i do an Annexation R.P. because Im terrible at statistical information. But we will not hesitate to help Invade Indochina if those arrogant barbarious revolutionary peasants gets out of hand. we are wary of Revolutionaries like the ones in command of Indochina right now. we have seen their potential (I.e. Kymer Rouge need i say more..) and hypocritcal policies. but hopefully nothing should escalate..

A small number of strategists and other specialists have started devising a plan to invade the former Mauiwowean homeland of Australia. The Plans should be ready in 6 months/1 year. outside this group of strategists, only Marshall Kung Hao knows about the plans and will be kept informed.

A group of Scientists has started researching the posibilities of a Scramjet and how it can be used. Several prototypes will be build and used for testing. the Development may take 5 years to several decades.

Warta, we're trying to stay realistic in Earth V. Your old Earth V navy/army/air force must be rewritten.

When we introduced the new RL-base population rules, I lost 99,7% of my defense budget. You should have lost a large amout too...

No hard feelings though, but we all need to stay realistic if this should work.

The Armed Forces of Warta Endor will soon start a modernization program of it's Armed Forces. We will need new equipment, ranging from MBT's to Fighters. We will need the following:

-A new MBT to replace the AMX-13.
-A new Cavalry Scout and Armored Personnel Carrier to replace the Stormer APC currently in service.
-MLRS Systems, Heavy (155mm) Artillery and new 105mm Artillery
-Modern Air Defense Systems, both Mobile for use in the Field and Fixed for Home Defense.
-A Decent and Modern Fighter to Replace the Hawk Fighters and in a few years the F16A's and D's.
-Modern Transport helicopters to Replace the UH-1 Iroquois currently in service.
-Modern Submarine vessels both for coastal defense and to project Warta Endorean Power away from our shores.
-At least Three Large Carriers and up to Six Smaller Carriers.
-Escort vessels (Frigates, Destroyers) for the carriers.

More orders may follow later.

The Three Black Squadrons are mobilized and are shipped in and depart for an unknown location (Bahrein), Ammunition and the Pilots will fly there by plane.

Official Reaction of the Warta Endorean Government

We are shocked by the clear agression by Asherton and Sistan. Warta Endor condemns these actions and calls for an emergency meeting by the UN security council. The only way to follow is the way of diplomacy.

Warta Endor will stay neutral in this conflict, but our hearts clearly lie with the victims of this agression.

DEFCON Level is raised to DEFCON IV due to the tensions in the Middle East.

The Navy of Warta Endor has transformed 8 Large Tankers and Cargo Ships into Helicopter Carriers. These "carriers" will probably be used in the Invasion of Australia.

In Singapore the construction of 4 Helicopter Carriers has started. The construction will take 18 months.

The Entire NAR has been activated and the regular Army is moved to West Timor and Java. The Marine Corps have moved to Bali. The 2nd. fleet in Surabaya and the 3rd. Fleet in rabaul have beel loading extra supplies and head for sea. The Air Force is ready as well. All has been set for the invasion of Australia.

The Military has almost completed it's modernization program. All Army, Marine Corps, NAR, Airforce and most of the new Navy Equipment has been introduced. The Helicopter Carriers are almost finished, and the Nimitz Class carriers are well underway.

We would certainly appreciate an alliance between our two nations. We are a bit in a tight spot at the moment, we'll have to deal with Australia and the growing threat of a major war in the Middle East. We can spare two or three Army Corps (150000 men) and some Aerial Support (50-100 planes).

The entire 1st. Marine Infantry Division has been send to Granate after the recent threats from Sistan and the continueing agression in the Middle East.

Also 18 Seawolf SSN's have departed fro the Red Sea to encounter the Sistanian fleet there. They will meet with the 2 Seawolves already sent to Eastern Africa to monitor the situation around Madagaskar.
