In order to come out it's brief spurt of isolationism, the Federation is starting an embassy exchange program to immerse it self more deeply in International affairs. How ever, there are some guidelines.

Political and Economic notes
1: The Federation will have no relations with any state that on an official level, oppresses it's population, any nation that condones secretarial violence within it's own borders, any nation that enforces strict gender and or racial roles.
2: Nor will it have any relations with states claiming to have an official state Religion, States imposing Religious law on their population, nor any states using religious text to justify genocidal or war mongering ends.
3: The Federation will not have any relations with states restricting civil or political rights over their population or media censorship of any kind.
4: To sum the above up, we won't have relations with Fascist states, Theocracies, or Communist States.

Embassy Notes
1: Embassy staff shall not exceed 400.
2: Embassy Security staff shall not exceed 30.
3: Embassy security staff are allowed semi-automatic rifles and any sidearm below the 45. caliber. Scoped rifles, explosives, armor piercing bullets, heavy machine guns are all forbidden, as are any non-conventional weapons.
4: A maximum of 10, non armored civilian vehicles are allowed.
5: Excluding the above limit, two civilian helicopters are also allowed.

If you fulfill none of the diplomatic and economic restrictions, and agree to the above terms, you are welcome to request an embassy. One will be built for you ASAP in the capital of New Lesbos.

We humbly request that an embassy be built in your nation, to open diplomatic relations, as, we too, are coming out of an isolationist policy (albiet extreme).

Vehicles: 3 unarmored limos. 1 unarmed/unarmored UH-60 helicoter.

However, there is the civil liberties policy. There are two Special Refugee Regions in the Federation that are given below-standard civil and political liberties. Also, the SRR of North Osea was crated for a specific race of polytheistic native people. Thus, the North Osea SRR has an official religion, but there is no official religion at national level.

The refugee regions are given lower-standard liberties because they are not yet full provinces. As such, they are less represented in government, and their individual votes count less than a citizens vote. Once they become full provinces, they will recieve the same liberties as the rest of the nation.
