(Sigh I'm not getting in, Malaysia and INdonesia are going to disagree when they become members before me, and then I'll still be surrounded. In truth I have no choices anymore)

High-ranking Japanese officials secretly approach the Columbian leader to discuss top secret information discovered by the Japanese Intelligence Service outlining planned Chinese invasions of the Neutral Asian Alliance (Tibet, Kashgaria, etc.) and possibly the UIR (most likely with Indian assistance). They also plan to tell the South American leaders as well but want to get Columbia's opinion. The Japanese officials are worried on whether to tell Australasia do to their ties to ATO.

Columbia suggests the intel be passed along to all alliance member, though we advise that it not be acted on prematurely. Columbia is of the opinion that the PRTO should stay out of any Central Asian problems and let Europe ride in on its high horse and deal with the situation as it seems like they are going to do.
