Hello all,

I have come up with an idea for an Rp once again. This will take place in Ostia at our World Trade and Convention Center in the capital city of Apollo, each nation that wants to take part may send a party of diplomats/officals of any kind to the summit which will be taken control of by terrorists.

Some may ask, why..would i put my diplomats in such danger? the answear is it would be most interesting to the story that will unfold as we Rp. The Ostian World Trade and Convention Center is a massive building with very tight sercurity and defences within, the terrorists on the inside will be feeling very secure while inside. The building is brand new and has just been completed recently, therefore all security systems are state of the art MT equipment.

People inside will be mostly military officals, rich and powerful influencial men and women, successful buisness persons, staff and diplomats from countrys that wish to take part.

The main thing the terrorists want is already in the building but i will not reveal it yet...

Please let me know what you think.....

its likely that the Kirisuban Trade minister would go to an event like this so i'm in :)

There will be secret service agents there aswell as sercurity guards, they have side arms but nothing big...although..there is a weapons lock up in the building for the guards, it will not be easy to reach because the terroists know it's there too..

My local FIA(Federal Investigation Agency) and Ostian PD will be involved but plans for the building will not be easy to get because it's brand new...

Alright my Trade Minister will be there along with a military offical, General Richards and of course secret service. Considering my trade minister is a very important man a wardog commando team (think Rangers but better) and a few Dark agents (think splinter cell.) will be on stand by.

the security people at the Kirisuban embassy are special forces and have the usual gear (silenced MP5's, flash bangs, sniper rifles etc).

theres also a special forces officer in plain clothes acting as one of the Trade Ministers aides.

OOC: Sounds like the SFC (Special Forces Command) exept very few people even know where it is and some of the stuff used there is top secret and all that Jazz.

OWTC is the newest building in the Ostian Empire, it's worth millions. When it was designed they considered that it could be taken from the inside thats why the lockdowns for hallways and corridors were placed, it is controlled from a room that dosn't appear on any blue prints from within the building.

The main topic will be investments, which countrys would like to hold shares of the new WTC in Ostia..it's a multimillion dollar project, members who are interested will be meeting in a board room while others take part in a gathering/party...

We need both terrorists and diplomats, i also have a twist planned for the beginning where some terrorists can come in from the outside.

I can supply the teams, ambassadors and almost everyone, with cheap, mass produced, easily-concealed, silenced weapons...

I'll send a few diplomats who I'll make up on the spot as usual. And when the hostage situation breaks out, I'll send a few squads of Imperial Guardsmen. And maybe one of my Echelon guys. :D

Well, Im thinking on making a Kommunist Storefront (name ideas "Commie Gunz R' Uz" =p), and sell Communist-designed weapons and stuff, RL stuff mostly...

the building is shaped like two large pentagons with a square in the middle then on the two sides to the left and right the pentagon towers reach higher than any other building in the city, the towers are joined by a sky bridge aswell.

there is a underground car garage too...

Cool. Maybe you can go on paint or something and draw something that resembles it. Doesn't need to be perfect, or have a scale for that matter, just need it for refrence and to plot the attack.

Tell me the specifics of what you want on the map, so I can make it precisely how you want it, ok?

We need the two towers, the square in the middle, the skybridge connecting the towers near the top....and a door that shows the entrance to the underground parking..

How tall is this building? Is it like twin towers big?,just an average size building?, or very short? I already have a pretty good looking picture of the building in my mind I'm just wondering how tall it is.

Ok, I have two towers and sky bridge. I assume the towers have a lobby at the base? Becaue I created one. If you've ever played Rainbow 6, then you'll pick up the map right away.

There is one guard behind a desk in the lobby, another in a room off to the left side and two in a guards in an office built into the side of the complex at the opening of the parking garage...like in that big building in Hitman-Bloodmoney if you ever played it...

DAMNIT! I screwed up the map. I made the whole thing on zoom by mistake. So what I thought was perfection, doesn't matter, because its practically too small to see.



Oh well :( .....back to the drawing board, or Paint as the case may be...

It doesn't really matter. I've been working on it for about two minutes, and I'm about half way done again anyway.

I now only need to finish the first floor lobby and office rooms again. After that, I'll make a garage entry and a multi floor map.

The guard at the desk can be easliy eliminated...the one in the back room too, the other two by the garage...shouldn't be that difficult, they will probably be distracted by a tv or somthing...

Well, Shalrirorchia doesn't leave its' envoys undefended either. It has a force called the R.R.F. or Rapid Reaction Force, comprised of both direct-action and special forces units. Units from this force can be deployed anywhere in the world within 24 hours at the max. In fact, once the even in Ostia occurs, Shalrirorchia will likely request permission from Ostia to deploy R.R.F. assets.

Four Agents can be present at this for your personal details...Ostian Sercurity is tight in this building but will fall of course, caught by suprize...

In that case The Hills will be sending Admiral Joe Didato. He will be accompanied by the following:

Col. Mathew 'West' Crowley
Lt. Narieth 'Nueman' Keen
Lt. Michal 'Ridely' Tourez
Lt. Anthony 'PC' Nyguen

All of these men will be carrying Viper R-90 Pistols and if allowed, AK-105s with a XM-26 LSS shotgun attachment.

All larger weapons have to be left in your vehicles or stored in the sercurity lockup, there is a guard in that office...

In that case may I bring a fifth man to help guard the security lock up and if needed bring those weapons to my guards?

The Sercurity lock up is right behind the main desk to the right if you are sitting at it, there is a guard at the desk, a guard in the room, and a guard who patrols all the back offices to the rear of the building and yes if your diplomat wishes so, he may only carry a side arm while inside the room though.

If anything goes wrong a panic button can be pushed on the console alerting the guard office on the very top floor aswell.

Your weapons will be stored inside, you can't really be refused...the door does not open for ANYONE who is not a sercurity guard in uniform, or if the correct keys are pressed on the keypad outside the door. If the wrong code is entered the panic alarm also goes off...

I've started to hate II because everything's the same, all the good RP's die out in a few pages, while crap lives on forever... I hang out more on NSG.

Basically, it's a cross between CounterStrike and Worms. It's a side-scrolling multiplayer shooter. The only reason people wouldn't like it is because it lacks a plot.

But I think it's really addictive...
