OCC: FT RP idea
I got the idea from ratchet: dead locked.
I have been thinking, what is the next level of reality HV(Holovision)? Gladiatorial Combat! You send us the most worst criminals in your prisions and the people of your nation get to watch them fight it to the death in armed combat. It will be a planet that will be built up into a city then blasted into a riuned mess. Then we drop in the Combatents and watch as they fight to the death. It will be broadcast across the univese!
Who's interested?

I'm not specifically FT but I'm interested, I mean would this be like Battle Royal or the similar NS RP, The Hunted?
You could RP as a toophian pirate? like the ones you send after my shipping.

Item 1: if its a whole planet to battle on, would each nation be limited to a single criminal, or could i just dump entire prisons worth and wave goodbye?
Item 2: Would there be weapons on the planet, or would they have to use jagged peices of metal unless they build somethign better?

Well I was thinking of just RPing an ambiguous NPC nations criminals cos i've got plans for a Toopoxican FT and it doesn't involve Crminals plus I hate Toops, is that cool?

Battle Royale-esque gladiatorial combat would be amusing. I'm sure I have one or two Nerubian seperatists or High/Blood Elven renegades kicking around who're too dangerous to keep on either Northrend or Quel'thelas

1. It is just a city that is massive say tyoko times 4.then it will blasted to a smoldering ruin.
2. they would be armed, and weapons and ammo would be scattered throughout the city.
fine by me toopoxia.

Well i have to put some rules down for necrons.
1. no summoning armies of the Undead.
2. no using magik.

Just to clear something, ICG uses Warcraft universe's Undead from the Burning Legion, not the WH40k Necrons.
@ICG: You're welcome.

I think a semi-in-character response is required here.
<Zapp Brannigan> Pardon? I thought I got all the ones still alive. Kiff! Prepare the ship, we're going back to Quel'thelas. And get me some more champ-agin!

We don't serve the Legion though; we stand against them for our own ends, just like the Lich King in WC :D
I would have made the point myself when I returned to this thread, so while a grateful token has nestled itself in my black heart, theres no need to curry favors, my dear Seaquest :)

We are not without our mercy. After all, we better know our enemy from those live specimans that we retain, and I'm certain there are elements crafty enough to both resist you and avoid me, hoping only to free their homeland ;)
So send them to me! you will get a good laugh when you see them get blown away by my all star exterminator squad!
It will consist of of a group from my nation, and other nations, they will be armed with advanced weaponry such as my BFG 9000s.
to ensure they don't escape the planet i will place a collar on they're neck that has a tiny nuclear device with a yield of 500 tons of tnt. if the leave the arena it will detonate. Or if they try to take it off. But to be sure, The 4th fleet of 1010102 will be in orbit incase they steal a shuttle that has been placing weapons and ammo in the city or placing or repairing cameras.

Meh, its a good idea to have friends that can support you, be it IC or OOC.
Of course, I informed 1010102 of the mistake partly because I'm a stickler for details and just happened to be in this thread in time to be the first to catch it.
Still, you're welcome.

Very well then.
I've never really had anything against you, save what I saw as your dire inability to listen on the GFFA Boards. But perhaps we can set aside our differences.

I admit, I'm stubborn at times, more so other times. Its a fault that I've been working on. As you've probably noted in the "Building Of A Giant" thread, it takes some pretty big arguements for me to change something when I'm set on doing it.
Now, lets not hijack the thread anymore.

Dude, I would love to have the crew of the Dark Eagle and Black Knight try to stage a rescue attempt of these guys if you let me. and just for clarification, they are not TAP, I would be RP'ing these guys as just random pirates.

I'll throw in a smuggling ship and fifty clones of the leadership of WASP, but the fleet there is half the fun of trying to get guys out. Mine would be a WASP smuggler vessel, trying to save all the Wolf Clones that they can.
OOC: WASP is a racist, anti-catholic organization determined to take over NN. I would also have a Lutjens Class Destroyer trying to track them down in the area.

I'll send a Tomb Lord, and a few Pariahs, and a couple Immortals and Warriors. Enough to make a squad at least, since that seems to be your planned opposition. Might I ask exactly how large your squad is going to be?
And with Necrons, you need not worry about Magick. They are(basically) deathly allergic to it.

You should make a list of participants. And I'd appreciate having my questions answered.

I will definetly have about a platoon of men, with maybe 50 Wolf clones in Hibernation pods scattered around the city. They are programmed so that once one dies, the next one is awaken, with all the memories of the former clone up to it's death. That way once the platoon is dead, it will be Wolf constantly trying to survive on his own.
And If you want, I can have up to a dropship's worth of ground troops backup your men. That is a maximum of 36 Heavy 'Mechs.
You fail to understand. The "Exetirminator Squad" is a team of some of the best soilders and mercs in the galaxy.

Battlemechs? As in, Battletech Mechs? Those things should be cold meat for any Necron squad. Consider that the basic Necron warrior can take out a tank with a single lucky hit. And we're talking a BIG tank too. I seriously hope IG isn't the only p[erson here that knows anything about the Necrons... Explaining them is...complicated.

You speak as though there was no way that tactics or luck might possibly allow any of the groups to win the battle.

Necron Gauss Flayer, one blast can tear through both sides of one of the IoM's heaviest tanks, the Land Raider. That was from a Heavy Destroyer though, but regardless, such heavy weaponry mounted on a mobile skimmer, bad news.
Necrons= Walking metallic skeletal death with a nasty habit of popping back up and the unfortunate luck of being lead by a being of god-like power :)

Cusith wandered off. Just the Tomb Lord(Scythe), with Resurrection Orb and Phylactery. And a pair of Immortals. And that Pariah with its aggravating Scythe.
I actually have antectdotal evidence of a Warrior killing a guys Land Raider due to some very lucky rolls.
