Maldorians Embassy Open

The Maldorians are happy to tell you that we have just completed the, Diplomatic Embassy Tower, in our capital city, Concord Dawn. All nations wishing to place an embassy the Maldorian Empire and start diplomatic relations are honored.
- No more than 15 armed guards are allowed. The Maldorian Security will be on the lookout 24/7. Also, the 7th Special Ops Force will be ready for any problems.
- No more than 4 armored vehicles
- All foreign personnel have to be registered by the MDAS (Maldorian Diplomatic Affair Staff
- In the event of war Maldorian Hummvees/Helicopters (whatever is most suitable) will bring them to the Maldorian Air force Base to be returned to their country. If the exit is blocked they will be brought to the underground tunnel networks until the war is over.

We would be pleased to establish an embassy with your nation, although we must, unfourtunatly, ask for some...special conditions due to a minor difference of species.
Unfourtunatly many of our race do not trust tall buildings unless they are built into a mountain or hill. We must ask if we would be allowed to set up our embassy in the basement of your fine tower, or, if you wish, we would be happy to construct an extension of your basement at no cost to you, under the supervision of your own engineers, and even go about reinforcing your own foundations if you wish.
We could also assist in the construction of additional escape tunnels if you like, more than one is always a good idea.
Lastly, we must enquire as to the nature of 'armed guards', as many Goblins cannot be parted from their personal weapons, although these are usualy of a...shall we say, edged nature and no match for modern firearms.
In order to compensate for this, we would be pleased to forgoe the armoured vehicles.
