As you know, the United States of Umwitz attacked New Ausha's capital in an unprovoked attack, which kille 3.2 million civilians, and wounded some 14.5million more.

Fmr. President Danny and his 10 top aides, will hold trial in Mateel.

Prosecution will come from Wolfensland, New Ausha, Shazbotdom, and anybody else who is up to speed on the matter.

In his defense Fmr. President Danny will be allowed a legal team of his choosing.

The heavily armored cars proceeded through the streets of Mateel. The convoy was pelted with eggs, garbage, and umvitzian flags were burining in every direction.

At one point, a bullet struck one of the vehicles. the assailent was apprehended.

The cars moved through crowdd streets, which only was audiable were the sounds of profanity and booing.

The convoy arrived at the court building. ISA agents lined the streets, along with Home Guard soldiers, as the men got out of thier vehicles.

The courtroom was silent, and full. Whispers could be heared as the accused entered the room.

"The honorable Judge Davis presiding. Please rise."

The crowd did so promptly.

"Be seated."

"Fmr. President Danny, the Peoples Republic of New Ausha accuses you of the following:"

The judge cleared his throat, and took a draught of water, as he began to read.

"Unprovoked attack, Undeclared war, the murder of 3.6 million New Aushan citizens, the murder of 3.2 million New Aushan soldiers. Costing the Republic 8.4 trillion Credits from the treasury, destruction of 25% of Mateel's structural integrity, Refusal to surrender to allied forces. You are facing possible life in prison, death. Please respond. How do you plead to the charges?"

OOC: Wolfensland go ahead and post your charges.

"Your honor." The Wolfenslandi official spoke up, after President Danny's answer to the New Aushan judge.

"In addition to the charges pressed by the People's Republic of New Ausha, the Federative Republic of Wolfensland would like to press the following charges on the defendant: unnescessarily endangering Wolfenslandi citizens, threatening the world peace, three counts of unnecessary use of weapons of mass destruction, and three counts of involuntary manslaughter."

OOC: The manslaughter charges are for three people that suffered heart attacks during the time which his satellites were over Wolfenshafen.

OOC: Is Umvitz coming or what? Try telegraming him.

OOC: I've just did. Waiting for his answer now.

"Mr. President how do you plead?"

The back door swung open as the Shazbotdom Deligation entered the room. There were two unamred guards and one guy carrying a briefcase. Along with them was the First Lady, Mrs. Sherina A. Loak. They walked up to the gate. The guards and the guy with the briefcase sat down behind the prosecution table in the audiance area while Mrs. Loak passed through the gate between the audiance and the trial area and sat down at the Proseuctions table, shaking hands with the New Ausha and Wolfensland lawyers. She then sat there and listened to the proceedings.

IC: New Aushan head procecuter jumped up at the annoucment and begang to shake hands with the procecution.

He then approached Fmr. President Danny.

"You get what you deserve you sick bastard."

He motioned for his team to follow them. He swung the door to the outside open. He observed the crowd of millions.

"GUILTY!"

The crow erupted in commanding applause.

"Mr. President, in that case, i sentence you to death by firing squad. Please report to the courtyard at 2pm, tommorow. Adjourned."

I object!

Should it not be something worse than death? Shouldnt it be what he REALLY deserves? to suffer? The same fate that mateel suffered?

"You could always send him to one of the Shazbotdom Prison Islands. We don't treat our prisoners well on the Islands as they are outside of Shazbotdom Territorial Waters, and run by private corporations so they do not have to follow the rules of the United Nations. They are treated like the dirt they are. Beat on a daily basis, group gangbeatings in the bathrooms, and other things that shall go unnamed.

Although the decision to send them to our prison islands is totally up to you. I am just throwing out that option."

May i make a suggestion?

treat him to his own medicine. take him to tyrandjia's wastelands to be shot with a particle cannon.

"Our other suggstion might be to let us put him in a space suit and situate him in front of the MSF Blagraland. Then when we know he can't move at all, we would fire one of our 50cm railguns through his stomach, decompressing his suit and ripping half of his body apart. But thats just the two suggestions from the Empire."
