OCC: it wasn't realy that big of a part anyway.

IC: Actualy it can. Along time ago we made some time machines. We destroyed all but one. I could go back and stop my forces from ever going there.

OCC: basicly its just going back to the thread and delelting my posts.

Unfortunately we have rules about the interference with time so it wont matter. However in the words of the great 16th american president (its 16th right its Lincoln I'm not good with presidents) from Earth history "Am I not destroying my enemies when I make friends of them." Why continue hostilities when they can be forgotten. Of course it will take several decades to fully gain our trust but with the war out of the way I see no reason why we can't be friends.

Official Statement of the Cassiopeian Commonwealth

We have heard of you before and as such have found you trustworthy enough to have an Embassy Exchange with. And if it's in your liking you maybe have a Trade Agreement with the Commonwealth as well. We would like a small Embassy, nothing special. We would also like fifty our soldiers to guard it, which is standard with the few Embassies that we have. We'd also like a Tenchi shuttle parked at all times, and three hovercars for errm... hovering. We hope you don't find our requests ludicrous at all.
