Her Royal Highness Maria, by the Grace of God, Grand Duchess of Luxembourg and Toremal, Duchess of Nassau, Princess of Bourbon of Parma, Countess Palatine of the Rhine, Countess of Sayn, Königstein, Katzenelnbogen and Diez, Burgrave of Hammerstein, Lady of Mahlberg, Wiesbaden, Idstein, Merenberg, Limburg and Eppstein sat before her desk, preparing what would be a most unorthodox, unprecedented dispatch - and one she had both been awaiting and dreading.

People of all nations
We offer the hand of our sister, Her Former Serene Highness Princess Alexandra of San Maritia, by the Grace of God, Her Royal Highness Hereditary Grand Duchess of Toremal in marriage.
To retain our position at the forefront of the national stage, we must rid ourselves of her urgently. She has done nothing wrong, apart from having huge popularity levels and to have won the people's hearts. You may think that she might be an asset to me, but, though she herself has condoned them, many have attempted to put her on the throne instead of myself.
As an incentive, if we die childless, her and her spuse will recieve all of mine titles, and the post of Grand Du -ke or -chess of Toremal.
We wish you the best in the future,
Grand Duchess Maria.

We must ask whether your sister is being 'married off' with her consent. If that is so, we would like to find out more about her, her likes and dislikes, preferences, religion, age and other vital statistics.

Official Announcement of the United States President

If you don't mind her marrying a polygamous man... I'd go for it.

It strikes us that it is somewhat unfair to force her grace to marry – especially in light of what is, to our knowledge, a recent and tragic bereavement - simply to keep her off your hands. Instead, given an analysis of her outstanding record in charity work and we are quite willing to provide to her funds, sanctuary and treatment in full accord with her station, evident wisdom and exemplary record of behaviour. If it is your desire that she remain outside of Toremal, then she will be welcome to remain with us (or move to other nations that she is permitted to enter) indefinitely. We would be delighted to host HRH the Hereditary Grand Duchess in exile as long as it is necessary for your nation’s stability.

Yours,
Ranisath Cuilahîr Cuilévaher, Elenaran of the Eternal Necrontyr Empire of the C’tan.

Postscript: I seriously suggest that you do not force the poor woman to marry Alexander Kazansky. Nobody deserves that.

OOC: I believe this (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Hereditary_Grand_Duchess_Alexandra) to be her

Sincerest thanks - we shall dispatch her as soon as possilbe into exile. She may serve as conduit between our nations, but I should hope that you do not, as you evidently have sympathy for the woman, try to put her on the throne. That is my one condition of you having her.
Also, please not that I have abandoned a previously accepted offer - so don't complain (OOC: I'm not really annoyed with you, just the character)
And she also has permission to marry as you wish into your family - or die as you wish.
