The Constitutional Monarchy of the United Ed States wishes to create an alliance with The Confederacy of Khorvania, and wishes to open up an embassy within your fine nation. If you like, you may join the Jelly Bean Alliance. If not, I wish to be your ally all the same.

We wish for further information on the Jelly Bean Alliance, and accept the offer of alliance with the United Ed States. We invite you to establish an embassy in our capital, Khorsun.

Very nifty, and thank you. The Jelly Bean Alliance is an alliance between presently 4 nations (counting me). We banded together and swore an oath of loyalty toward eachother. We are presently inhabiting a region known as Jelly Bean Island, (it's called the "United Jelly Bean Alliance" in Nationstates regions), and so, we call it the Jelly Bean Alliance. You won't have to join the region to be part of the alliance... however I'll have to check with the other nations of the alliance just to make sure. Also, what geographical standings does your nation presently have? (We're just curious... maybe nosy, but mostly curious) :)

2)Complete, both genders can serve equally in military, although females serve in separate combat units because their physical capabilities are lower. In noncombatant roles they are integrated with men.
3)It is illegal except in cases of rape or when the mother's life is in danger. Abortion is viewed generally as murder in Khorvania.
4)There is no state religion, schools are secular, and there is religious freedom.

It is our estimation that our relations are sorely lacking, and this could be significantly improved by the simple establishment of an embassy exchange program. Should you accept, we would station a Ms Jerilo Hariss as ambassador within your nation, along with her civilian staff of twenty-five, and ten soldiers as guards. The Confederacy of Khorvania accepts your offer. Khorvania's embassy staff will obey the terms and conditions specified. In order to have no conflict with these rules, our embassy guards have instead been trained in the use of throwing knives, and all embassy vehicles will have hybrid engines to reduce emissions. Khorvania also agrees to hosting a Relorian embassy, and signing a free trade agreement to encourage economic growth within our fine nations.
