The Sharina Technocracy has been the largest nation on the planet, and it had unified most of North America and the entirety of Latin America after the Great Split of the 1960's. It has outlived practically every new nationstate that sprouted, such as Norleans, Mauiwowee, Vineyard, Kopparbergs, Karond Kar, Kormanthor, and others. Yet Sharina's work in the Americas was far from over.

There remains several areas that held immeasurable strategic value and resources. The first region to be targetted is Hawaii, as it is essentially the best Pacific Base for the Technocracy, and would make an excellent early warning forward base. It also would prove useful in warning of any enemy fleets or air raids coming in towards the Americas from the other side of the Pacific.

The stage has been set for the re-awakening of the might of the Technocracy. The world shall revebrate once again with the thunder and raw power that is known as Sharina.

Four heavy aircraft carriers, along with innumerable small escort ships such as destroyers, frigates, light carriers, supply ships, and so forth are set on their course towards Hawaii with no less than 100,000 Sharinan troops to ensure the re-integration of Hawaii into the Technocracy.

The Emirate of Alif Laam Miim is uncertain whether we can request and offer diplomatic exchanges at this office.

The enormous Sharinan flat-topped vessels become a quite busy place with hundreds of workers swarming the decks, and preparing hundreds of aircraft of varying configurations for the attack on Hawaii. The bustle resembled a hive of bees tending to their queen, or rather, dozens of queens if the bees had such a thing. The activity subsided after a remarkably short fifteen minutes, as the aircraft were loaded with the weapons required for the mission.

One hour later, the newly developed 6-engined Nova class AWACS aircraft mapped out all the Hawaiian defenses, and the Hawaiian defenses were not impressive to say the least. The Hawaiians did not seem to have any aircraft of its own, nor complex defensive networks, which was surprising given Hawaii was one of the territories administered by the former nation of Mauiwowee. Perhaps the low to non-existent amount of defense was due to Mauiwowee's reliance on its Navy for defense in the Pacific, or perhaps it was because Hawaii lacked the natural resources to construct defenses after the collapse of Mauiwowee, or even the fact that Hawaii was a relatively pacifist nation before, during, and after Mauiwowee's collapse.

Nevertheless, Sharina pressed on with its strike aganist Hawaii. Contrary to expectations, the Sharinan aircraft did not launch any missiles, drop any bombs, or any kind of weaponry upon the various islands in Hawaii. Instead, the aircraft dropped crates of supplies, pamphlets, and propganda in hopes of convincing the Hawaiians to join Sharina.

The gambit was planned due to the fact that Hawaii was involved in a three-way war between ex-Mauiwoweean forces who wanted to recreate a new Mauiwowee, the Independents who wanted to have Hawaii be left alone, and the pro-Sharinans who wanted to have access to Sharina's protection, technology, stability, and unification. The gambit was both a success and a failure, as it convinced some Independents to join the pro-Sharinan forces, yet increased the resolve of the ex-Mauiwoweean or New Mauiwowee faction to fight to the finish in the civil war.

Phase Two was implemented, as the Sharinan generals fully expected the Mauiwoweean faction to fight back harder. Sharina begins unloading 100,000 troops in Hawaii to aid the pro-Sharinans and the Independents factions in eliminating the New Mauiwowee faction. It gave Sharina a legimitate reason to establish an armed presence on Hawaii, which would allow Sharina to effectively control Hawaii and destroy any anti-Sharinan forces and factions there.

Our Goal on the Short term is to Secure the Former territories of our Former Allies Mauiwowee and Ato-Sara. The First Step is the conquest of Indochina to secure our Northern Flank. The Second Phase will include an invasion of various Pacific Possessions and a possible incursion in Australia. I hope you can understand our reason; the security of Warta Endor.

If your Grand Technocrat wishes it, Sharinean Forces may join in these operations. Observers both on the Ground and Airborne will be allowed.

Whilst we have no Pacific territory so to speak. we have join this Grand alliance because we have similar Ideologies that is stability and Prosperity.

Our Nation is also most interested in Trade deals with the Technocracy. we believe you have abundant resources in fossil fuels (alaska) amoungst other resources such as uranium (canada I think:confused: ) and Manufactured goods that would be most desirable for the prosperity of our nation.

You may discover we are not short of natural resources either, we have the largest supply of Diamonds in the world aswell as enormous gold deposits..

Warta Endor thanks Sharina for it's support. We view the conflict in the Middle East with interest, but for now it's nothing more than a local conflict. Warta Endor hopes that Sistan and the red Sea Alliance come to an agreement.

Message from the Defense Ministery to Major Compagnies in Sharina, TG6R and of course SIBAT

The Armed Forces of Warta Endor will soon start a modernization program of it's Armed Forces. We will need new equipment, ranging from MBT's to Fighters. We will need the following:

-A new MBT to replace the AMX-13.
-A new Cavalry Scout and Armored Personnel Carrier to replace the Stormer APC currently in service.
-MLRS Systems, Heavy (155mm) Artillery and new 105mm Artillery
-Modern Air Defense Systems, both Mobile for use in the Field and Fixed for Home Defense.
-A Decent and Modern Fighter to Replace the Hawk Fighters and in a few years the F16A's and D's.
-Modern Transport helicopters to Replace the UH-1 Iroquois currently in service.
-Modern Submarine vessels both for coastal defense and to project Warta Endorean Power away from our shores.
-At least Three Large Carriers and up to Six Smaller Carriers.
-Escort vessels (Frigates, Destroyers) for the carriers.
