The King's aide, Harrius Goldbot, was quite scared. Armed men, accompanied by a small Clockwork man, had burst into the Imperial Palace. They had been held at bay, but the Guard had taken many losses, unfortunately, that wasent the most excitement he was to endure. Fifteen minutes ago, around 20 men and a Clockwork Spider has decended on the Palace roof from several autogyros. The men had gotten close to the King, but he was wisked away in time. What worried Harrius the most, were that the clockwork machines they had brought with them were army models, just painted differently. Fortunately, it looked like the assault on the Palace had stopped, there were still about 100 Guards left, and an airship was coming to pick the King up, and whoever else would fit. Harrius looked over the horizon, a grey shillutte, the airship, aproached...

But the worries of the Kingdom had just started.
Elsewere over Clocktopia, small diriglibes moved over the Great Temple of the Machine. These unloaded dozens of masked men in the grounds before it, and moved to the assault. The great clockworks made in the temple arose to defend their creators, but the supporting fire from the diribles was too much, although they did kill 30 men. The masked men burst into the Great Temple, and captured The Great Engineer. The made a quick escape aboard their dirigibles.

A plea to The nations of the world
From: The Empire of Clockworka
We of the peaceful Empire of Clockworka have suffered a coup. Our capital city of Clocktopia (population: 350,000), was assaulted at key points by, what now has been idetified as, members of the army. It seems that this a coup attempt, and it seems to have worked in all but one category. Although His Majesty has escaped their grasp, The Great Engineer, 6 Ministers, including the Minister of Defense, have been captured. There have been mass defections all over the country, and rebel forces have taken important areas. It is estimated that some 15,000 men have defected, controlling 20,000 clockwork men and several heavier machines. We now only posses 6,000 regulars, and the 500 left of the Royal Guard, the goverment only controlls 15,000 Clockwork men, several machines, but we seem to have most of the aerial forces. We hope that some kind nation might offer to send money or some other form of aid.
OOC: This nation has weird technology. Based around "Clockwork Machines" (an idea I got from a game), they could be regarded as MT, as they have equivalents to almost everything, but behave in a very different way.
