The French Government is concerned about the increasing tensions between the two nations and express desire for Compramise between the Two nations in order to perserve peace and stability for future generations.

We commend France for their attempt, but sadly enough do find that in this situation, compromise is the furthest thing from their mind. Though we would like to support France in their actions.

(Ok Parthni, you seem to be very very anti-Filipino. Now is that an IC thing, or is this some OOC thing. Cause personally I've barely dealt with Germany and they seem a little too gung-ho about being anti-Philippines.)

OOC: 1st off, it's ok to go off on OOC rants here. That's the purpose of the thread :)
Ok. Germany frankly finds the UIP's actions regarding the whole situation a bit foolish and regards the UIP as acting too big for a nation its size. Remember, that Germany practically runs the Middle East now, and seeing a little Island nation react so harshly and rashly irks Germany.

OOC: Of course the whole racism thing doesn't help either. And yes they are racist. If this was a European country, you know they'd consider the behavior perfectly acceptable.
IC: The UIP wonders why the Germans refuse to hear things as they are so clearly stated. We commend the French for their attempts. We are not trying to dissuade them. We are just being realistic. Peace between these two countries may occur, as it did between Germany and France. BUt how many wars and dead were there before that happened?
We can hope, German representative, and we hope France is succesful, but we must also be realistic. We know you consider us a backward, former colony who probably should be under the control of the AUstralians, but we are not stupid like you believe. And currently we have no problem with Germany, despite it's statements.
