Kerensky's Russia

Parliamentary Russia

With Lenin's Bolsheviks defeated, Kerensky moved in. He quickly established parliamentary democracy in the Russian Empire, becoming first Prime Minister. In a area near Yekaterinburg, a discovery was made.

''We are supposed to be doing our jobs.'' a man named Ivan said.

As Ivan and his friends walked, Ivan fell onto an area of dirt. There, he noticed several tombs. They opened them and found the Romanovs, shot and bayoneted to death. Ivan and the others ran to authorities and told them.

When Kerensky heard of this, he ordered a Royal Funeral. He executed the murderers of the Romanovs. Kerensky attended the funeral himself, along with others. God Save The Tzar was played at the Romanov funeral.

After the Tzar and his family were given a place to rest in peace, Kerensky began to reform Russia. His party, the Russia First Party kept power till 1953, the year a certain Field Marshal died. The dead Field Marshal was Joseph Stalin.

You see, after Stalin fell out with Communism, he decided to join the Russian Armed Forces, and he became a field marshal. Hitler feuded with Stalin in the Great Patriotic War.

Kerensky ruled in WWII and ordered ''Total Defense'' of the Motherland. The Russian Orthodox Church blessed arms before battle and in May 1945, Russia entered Berlin, Kerensky declaring:

''Our people have shown that with determination and courage, one can achieve great things.''

Kerensky did not take over Eastern Europe, actually Kerensky was assassinated by a Nazi collaborater. His successor, Vladimir Ivanovich took over Eastern Europe. Russia was now a superpower with America.

The Russians got to the Moon first, planting the Imperial Russian flag on the Moon's surface. The Russians celebrate Moon Landing Day ever since. Vladimir Ivanovich saw Kerensky dead and later Stalin as well. Ivanovich was known for his military buildups and economic reforms. He advocated a mixed economy, not centrally planned or market. He kept Petrograd's name intact, though some still called it St. Petersburg.

Ivanovich was ousted democratically from power, by opponents several days after Stalin's death. The new rulers were the People's Party, which advocated helping and caring for the People of the Parliamentary Russian Empire (the USSR in a democracy).

The first RPP Prime Minister was Ivan Vladimirov who is known for his plans to eliminate inequality. Vladimirov would inspire the Prime Minister of Russia, Svetlana Ivanov (the current Prime Minister). Under Svetlana, she eliminated much of Russian poverty and gave pensions to veterans saying:

''The people of Russia must honor the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, for their courage, strength, determination, and for their refusal to give up. We should honor them always.''

Svetlana is of the Liberal Party. The national opposittion is Kerensky's Party. In elections, Liberals were first, then Kerensky's Party and so on. Vladimirov's party merged with the Liberals. Conservatives take a third and so on place. Communists are a small to medium or little bit more party.

In Russia, there is no state faith, no teaching of religion or atheism in schools. The Liberals want to have a balance of equality among religions (Islam and Russian Orthodoxy are the head religions mainly).

Petrograd is the capital of the PRE (Parliamentary Russian Empire). The Stalin Mausoleum (not Lenin and Stalin was not like he was in real life) is visited by many who want to see a Hero of Russia who led forces against Adolf Hitler.

Hitler also said about Stalin:

''I wish my generals had as enough courage, determination and military smarts as that Russian.''

In the Duma, Liberals are in the lead, followed by the Party of Kerensky (National Opposition).

The Russian Eagle is still used and Romanov Day (Anniversary of the Romanovs) is celebrated, with moments of silence and the such. Victory Day is also celebrated, for winning over Germany in WWII.

ooc: there seems to be a wave of alternate history type nations abounding recently. I remember last week there was a Hitler in Japan version, I think I recently saw one where China had never gone commie and had taken over Japan, and a whole host of others I can't remember. I have to ask, are you all the same warped, twisted guy? Are you responsible for all or some of those other alternate history nations?
