Water Drilling Rights For Sale
The Empire of Cruxium announces to the world that it has discovered mineral water of paramount quality. As, however, the Empire lacks the means to access this water and process it to a suitable degree, she is willing to sell the rights to the highest bidder.
Any nations or corporation whom are interested in drilling rights should announce their bids and include any terms or conditions that they wish to attach to the contract.
Having consulted with government accounts, the opening bid is written below;
$100,000,000 USD for initial rights
$10,000,000 USD land tax per annum
$250,000 USD corporation tax per annum
Permission required prior to construction of any building, facility, amenity or structure.
Construction contracts must be offered to Cruxian nationals.
