Elected Prime Minister Sharr Neverlong is looking to open up diplomatic and trade routes with fellow nations across the globe. We wish for peace, but should any nation wish to set its imperialistic eyes upon our nation, our people are ready for a fight to the death.

Saint Marcia Government

Dr. Darius Wellington (http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y50/Spectrechris/george.jpg), the Minister of Foreign Affairs looked over the telegram received into the Ministry's new mail box. It was like many of the other new nations' introductions; however, something seemed different about this nation. It had been a while since the ANL had responded to one of these. The tired Wellington however didn't have the energy to write a lengthy letter of intellectual treasure, as he used to for every single nation the ANL used to deal with. Regardless, the Premier had given him the authority to initiate first contact while the Premier was out of the office, and Quetzalcoatl Nochtli was at home, finally given the time to tend to his wife. Dr. Wellington though, "What the hell is a twenty-seven year old running a nation for?" Wellington then remembered the revolution - if it wasn't for the revolution, Quetzalcoatl would probably be a thug, maybe even dead. Aztlán had prospered under his leadership...

Getting back to his task, the Doctor began writing his short letter to this new nation. Hopefully, they would get a reply rather quickly...

Dr. Wellington sat back in his chair, reading the response..."Aztecian", the Doctor mused, "There's a first, something different than what the ANL has been described in the past...a bit of change is always refreshing.

Quetzalcoatl Nochtli, the Premier of the ANL walked into the office of Dr. Wellington. The usually amiable Premier was all the more friendly today. Maybe part of it had something to do with his wife being rescued out of captivity. But, there was also another reason why Quetzalcoatl was more social today. Doctor Wellington looked up and said, "Happy birthday, Quetzal."

Quetzalcoatl sat across from his Minister and responded with a non-bodacious "Thank you. So what's going on with the world today?"

The Doctor started, "Yes, I believe you are familiar with the nation, The Great Socialist Commune of Saint Marcia."

The Premier sat up, "I remember them when I was going over your report last night. Certainly looks promising."

"Well, sir,” Wellington said, "They've responded." Wellington gave Nochtli a copy of the response. "As you can see, things have gone over well."

"Very well indeed, I would like to send a personal response." Quetzalcoatl stated.

"Very well..."
