The large-featured, elongated face of a Goblin came into focus, or rather, its eye did. After being exposed to this initial shock, the hypothetical audience should be much releived when the Goblins face pulls back and reveals a white-skinned Goblin, speaking without the famous 'Talks like dis' accent.
"Greetings. I am Taar'ak, the official...diplomat of Skar Peak and the United Goblin Clans of Dhakaan. If you are receiving this, we, the United Clans that is, are seeking to establish friendly diplomatic relations with the various countries outside of our own nation.
"Unfourtunate stereotyping in the past has led to numerous conflicts between Humans and Goblins, and we presently are engaged in an ongoing conflict with the human kingdoms to our south and west, who see us as beasts to be hunted and destroyed.
"We can only hope that those who are not our neighbors do not harbour the ingrained hatred of Goblinkind that our enemies do.
"The various Clans are also interested in modernization and trade with other states, we presently only have one road into our nation, via Blade Pass, and it is blocked by the human aggressors to our south.
"Goblins are not natural sailors, and thus we have few ports and almost no ships, but we can construct ports if it is required for trade.
"In exchange for what services your nations may offer, we can provide a number of services, as well as valuable ores and resources, as well as rare plant and animal species from our homeland.
"Thank you for your time, and please consider our proposal."
"Is that it?"
"Yes, yes, your SUPPOSED to keep looking sincerly at the camera though, until it shuts off."

IC: "Inhuman filth!" gasped the Leader, "they're worse than the Jews!"

"As always, you speak the truth" said a generic toady.

"Yes well, we must mobilise the armed might of Skgorria to meet this foul threat. Alert our divisions to the North, call 16th Air Army HQ and notify the border guards - this threat cannot be allowed to exist."

"Sir," a senior military officer motioned, "perhaps this would be a good time to deploy our Godhammer cannons.."

"EXCELLENT!" screamed the Leader, "the people will rise up and cleanse the land in racial fire!"

"SIEG HEIL!" saluted the conference

"So it begins..."

"Supreme Leaders," exclaimed a Kharanai man, bowing low and gasping for breath as he entered the Royal Chambers in the newly establish Palace of Palantis.

"You may rise, brother Kharan." spoke Lagia, motioning for the newcomer to rise to his feet.

"Word has reached my ear of the plight of a nation far away; under attack by their bigotted and spiteful neighbors." spoke the man, "I fear they are on the brink of destruction should aid not be sent them. From what I have observed, they themselves wish for peace."

Ragoris sighed, Kharan was still in no state to commit to a foreign war; still recovering from a revolution of its own. "We will ... discuss the matter amongst ourselves." he said, motioning to Lagia.

The man nodded, bowed once more, and left the chambers of the Supreme Leaders.

"Ragoris, we can't just abandon these sentients!" exclaimed Lagia, "They need our help just as we once needed help. Without us, they'll all die for certain. I for one cannot stand for inaction in the face of such an atrocity!"

Ragoris sighed, "But we cannot commit to a full-scale war."

"You're right of course..." admitted Lagia with a heavy sigh of her own, "But we can still help these sentients in other ways. We have many transports. We could help evacuate their civilians at least to a more safe location. We *have* to at least do something to help save them." By now Lagia's eyes were wide in an almost pleading fashion to her friend and comrade.

"Very well Lagia," nodded Ragoris, "We shall send transports to help with the evacuation process. But a war we cannot commit to at this time. This is all we can afford; I only wish it could be more."

THe nation of Zackaroth would like to extend a a welcoming hand to the new nation of goblins that has appeared. We would like to start a healthly trade with them and a diplomatic relationship. If you would like we can send over some of our work force to help build ports and donate ships that are no longer in use to Zackaroth.

The data flowed from Atopiana's Space Centre to the space station in coded bursts, captured by Freedom One's antennae and decoded by its computers - all in under a minute.

The space station continued on its orbit, silent in its lethal intensity. Hatches opened like the passing of a ghost, and systems started and stopped. Preparations were being made...

Mobilisation To Counter The Green Menace
The startling revelation of the existence of unhuman species to the north of Skgorria has shocked and appalled our entire nation. At a rally held today in New Nuremburg, the Leader had the following to say:
"We must meet this threat with our toil, our valour and indeed our very lives to ensure that we are not swamped by the green tide and that human life, not goblin, dominates this world now and forever!"

Furthermore, the Leader announced the deployment of the new Godhammer cannons to counter the goblin pestilence. This new weapon will prove devastating in the hands of our mighty armed forces, who are already shifting positions to defend our homeland against these agressors. We remind all citizens of Skgorria that where the Leader leads, Skgorria follows.

RPF Deployed For The First Time

After some delay, the newly-concieved Rapid Pacification Force has been sent to Khurzav to help combat the foul forces of Bolshevik and Zionist-inspired chaos and disorder. All our thoughts and hopes ride with those brave men and women of the Special Action Division currently serving in the RPF.

Drinking Water Safe

Following an official statement from the Leader's Office, the additives being supplied to your drinking water are completely safe. Any negative side effects are undoubtedly a result of Jewish sabotage, and any suspects should be reported to your nearest SP or Army base immediatly.

Sport

Athletes from all over Skgorria continue to assemble for the Skgorrian National Games, the biggest yet. Rumours persist that Skgorria will use these games as a basis for choosing an Olympic team, but these are blatantly false as we will not defile ourselves by competing against lesser races.

Weather

All over Skgorria, a clouded sky will settle for most of the day, except in the north. This should give our proud men and women of 16th Air Army good visibility as they run their strike missions - all of Skgorria is behind you!
