Following the unanimous passing of the Act 001 (Commonwealth Defence) by the National Assembly to form the Commonwealth Military Forces of the New Confederate States of America, President Washington has announced the policy of the Commonwealth to outsource military needs in order to achieve the greatest amount of technological advancement and long-last durability availiable from foreign companies. The Procurement Division of the Ministry of Defence is hereby announcing that the Commonwealth shall be looking abroad to furnish the new military with its needs, and hereby invites foreign nations and corporations to advertise their military products for scrutiny by the Commonwealth.
