OOC: This is the thread for the activities of the Jaredcohenians and Zukariaans in exile in Errikland. I will be gone for a while, so they will probably mostly be discussing battle plans for the Kraven Invasion of Zukariaa and the Jaredcohenian Civil war. No battles or anything happen here. Any of those will be IGNORED.

Long inter-racial tensions between the Jaredcohenians and the oppressed Michlcohenians had erupted in horrible violence that had forced the leaders of Jaredcohenia to flee the country. Though the Errikan Emperor had offered his nation for safety, they had gone to their other allies in Zukariaa.

The timing could not have been much worse.

Zukariaa had once been a possesion of the Kraven Corporation, a massive, evil group who sought world domination. When they had fallen into decline, Zukariaa had asserted their independence. Now Kraven was recovering, and sought their old possesions.

High Commander Corrol, his father, and some Zukariaan officials and soldiers had fled the Zukariaan Capitol city during the beginning of the Kraven attack. They had been picked up on the Zukariaan coast by an Errikan sub, the EIS Seasnake, which secretly brought them to Errikland. The Jaredcohenians were not far behind on their own ship.

And now both these governments in exile were in the Errikan capitol of Sadet, where they began to plot their regrowth while enjoying Errikan hospitality and the rich culture of Errikland.

Inside the Capital building, the Zukariaans are largely sleeping, though Corrol is awake and with Emperor Christian. The Jaredchenians have just arrived, and are being led to their quarters by an officer named Jennifer Kishelm. The Errikan Emperor and Zukariaan Supreme Commander are about to cross paths with the Jaredcohenians.

As the Jaredcohenians met up with them, Corrol felt a bit of weight lift from his shoulders in knowing that the they had not died because of coming to Zukariaa.

"Good to see you alive, Arius." he said.

Emperor Christian greeted the Jaredcohenians warmly.

"Ah, Arius. I trust your trip went well?" then he saw something, "What happened to him?" he asked, pointing at the dictator's brother.

Arius thought that Corrol might've set him up for this...it's just the timing has to be awkward. "T-thanks." He shook the hand of Christian. "I had to use sedatives on him...he gets a little hyper. And you don't want a four hundred pound man running around where he's bound to hit himself somewhere. Trip wasn't that great...I hate the sea."

He could se that Arius was less than comfortable.

"That's too bad. I trust that Miss Kishelm can lead you to your quarters, where you can get some much needed sleep. That is, unless you wish to come with us and discuss the situation and let your men go with her?"

"I had enough sleep...could you direct me to a clothing shop? Perhaps a bathing suit would be nice...I'm assuming you have a pool." Arius wasn't paying attention to Clay's wandering eyes.

"I think I'll go to the room...Miss Kishelm...can you direct me?"

"Of course. I am currently a bit short on guides, so just follow Miss Kishelm. She will take your friend to the quarters and then take you to a proper clothing shop."

'Miss' Kilhelm found it very strange to have the Emperor refer to her by anything other than her rank, but conitinued down the hall.

Clay was staring at Kishelm's rear as they walked along, Arius just looking ahead.

"So...Ms. Kishelm, what IS Errikland like? I've never actually been in mainland Errikland...Just Urbs Insula. Is there like, any culture?"

Though she noticed the eyes of the Jaredcohenian, she did not react. Perhaps in their society that was not considered rude.

"The Emperor has promised to cover your expenses until you can have more money wired here from Jaredcohenia . . . yes, it will have to be converted, though." She led him to the same car that they had arrived in.

"Damn nations not accepting my currency! So, Chrissy's going to be paying for my expenses, eh?" He laughed. "Tell me, does Errikland have diamond studded boardshorts?"

At this point, they were in the car, driving towards the clothing outlet.

"Um . . . no, I don't think so . . . "

She was very taken aback by this foreigner refering to the Emperor as "Chrissy". That was incredibly unusual. Then again, that was the way this whole day was going.

He smiled as he waited to get a bathing suit and appropriate clothes. "I'm not used to warmth...it's like 50 back home."

The car pulled up to its destination. Some media people had followed them and watched the Jaredcohenian exit the car and enter the store. The Emperor had had little time to inform anyone of the situation, so most of the people had no idea who these people where or why they were here.

Inside, a sales attendent asked the Tyrant what it was that he wished to purchase.

"Most expensive bathing suit you got, and in fact..." He stood up on the counter. "Everyone! Your goods are on Emperor Christian's tab!"

"I'm not . . ." Kishelm began, but gave up. This foreigner certainly was a strange one.

"Right this way," the sales attendant said. She led them to the bathing suit section, and pulled out a rather small, diamond studded speedo, "Not a popular design, but by far the most expensive thing we have. Would you like to try it on?"

"I'm not a speedo person, I'll have some board shorts..."

"Hey! Foreign national under government protection here! If he wants to talk to you he will specifically seek you out. If not, then back off!" They cleared a path to the car, which drove them back to the capital.

Arius popped his head out of the window, "for the full story head to JNNews.JC!" He moved back into the car, "more money for me."

"Sorry, we're not capitalists in Jaredcohenia...figured a little advertisement to tell them where to get the news wouldn't hurt." He said as the car got to the capital.

However, Clay, in his room, being the lady's man that he is...was up to something different. He had roses for his new woman, rose petals on the bed...and he had freshly chilled champagne for her.

I'm gonna score.

They arrived at the capital building, and Kishelm quickly led Arius to the pool. Stepping up to the edge, she dipped her hand in the water.

"Oh, this is very cold," she said, "You should like it."

Corrol, after standing in the hallway for several minutes, hand in the pockets of his suit, spoke,"What exactly is the plan?" directing the question at the Errikan Emperor.

"Ah, I'm glad you asked, Commander," the Emperor said, directing Corrol to follow him. He led him deep within the capital, through some security, to an elevator. This elevator plunged downward rapidly before stopping abrupty at their destination. The war room.

The war room was a huge complex with several very large screens on the far wall and many stations with regular screens arranged in rows and manned by highly cleared individuals. There was the constant beeping and clicking of buttons, switches, and other things. The Emperor led Corrol to a central command area, where he summoned a map of Zukariaa on a large screen.

Arius was on a poolfloat sitting in the pll. He was obviously bored, in Jaredcohenia, one would go in a sauna then go into the frigid water.

Clay came out, wearing a speedo that showed off his...err...manliness. He pushed poor Jennifer into the water. "Heehee."

"What are you doing?" she asked Clay, whose appearences and actions were equally surpirsing. She wondered if she would ever get used to these foreigners. They made no sense.

A Youlandi maid noticed Strenivus. After trying to move him, to no avail, she got several other maids to help. The Emperor was known for his frugality, so there was not enough maids to lift the Jaredcohenian. They dragged him to his quarters, and left him laying on the floor.

Corrol was finally where he wanted to be,"I need a way to communicate with my High Command in Zukariaa. The ones looking over the current situation."

He then started marking troop positions. Even though he was not in Zukariaa, he knew exactly where his men would be..

Meanwhile, a one Timothy Corrol rode from his room on his wheelchair, trailed by four Zukariaan soldiers. They were unarmed and only had their basic military uniform on. Stopping at an Errikan man and woman going about their business, the old man spoke,"Do either of you know where we can get some food and a guide?"

The soldiers were talking to each other.

Clay cannonballed into the pool, and swam underneath the treading girl, popping his head out right in front of her. "Sorry, couldn't resist."

Strenivus woke up. "Where's my ice cream...how'd I get in here...where's Spooky?" Spooky the Cat ran up to his master and purred against his face. "Get me some ice cream, cat."

Zukariaa']Corrol was finally where he wanted to be,"I need a way to communicate with my High Command in Zukariaa. The ones looking over the current situation."

At last someone who was easy to understand, the Emperor thought.

"Currently, we cannot establish direct contact, for fear of Kraven interception, but it is still possible to communicate. Be sure to be complete in each message though, for it will take some time to deliver without any real possibility of giving away your positon."

Arius fell asleep in the pool, with nightmares about the Michlcohenians. Them killing his wife...what they could be doing to his daughter. It was all too vivid in his mind...

Corrol knew exactly what to ask them,"I'll keep it simple. 'What is the current situation?' That is all I need to know from them for now.."

Then he rode off, calling for the soldiers. As they passed by, one winked, to recieve a joking shove from another one.

"One moment," the Emperor said, stepping aside. He pressed a button on a device in his ear, and asked what it was. After a very brief exchange, he asked to "put her on". He then began, "Listen to me, Lieutenant. These are very high profile foreigners, and, regardless of how barbaric they behave, you are to take very good care of them. This is an important service you are doing here, don't forget."

Clay got out of the pool and followed her, "I'm really sorry." He giggled. "You want to head to a bar or something? Or I'm sure I can get some drinks to my room."

Arius got out of the pool, quesitoning one of the maids. "Do you know where Emperor Christian is...?

The reply would come within five minutes, saying,"GASN is sending aid. Defenses seem to be okay. Kraven has not acted yet. Are you okay?"

The men reached the dining room, where they expected something like a buffet..

"Let me go get changed..." He walked into his room, leaving wearing a regular shirt and some shorts. "What do your bars have to drink? Anything good?"

Arius got out of the pool, quesitoning one of the maids. "Do you know where Emperor Christian is...?

"Everything," she said pleasantly, leading him to her car. If they took that, and he remained clothed, they could likely avoid the media attention. Little did she know, the Emperor had ordered a media blackout of the Jaredcohenians and the Zukariaans. There would be no media attention.

They arrived at a bar in the far southern part of the city.

"This is one of my favorite places," she said. She hoped that she may be able to drink this charmingly annoying foreigner to passing out. That would make her job easier. And plus, she needed a drink.

She wasn't supposed to drink on work hours, but "taking care of" these people were direct orders from the Emperor, after all.

The vodka was already gone. "I've had better, really. I've traveled the world and had vodka at every nation. Can't beat good ole Cohenianople vodka.."

She took down a lot more. It had been a very tough week.

"Tell you what," she said, "I know a place that has lots of imported crap too. It's a bit outa town, but its good."

"Okay then, they got stuff from Kubra? They sell 200 proof vodka there...it's definitely the shit."

She led the way to her car. As she began driving, it was clear that she was not as drunk as she seemed. At least she could drive well enough.

"A bit outa town" turned out to be a long way. When they finally arrived, it turned out to be a cheap place in the woods not far from the river. She had only been there once, and that was in a bust of certain "imported products". The place was under new management now, and no one there would recognize her.

They did in fact have Kubran Vodka, which she drank. A lot of it.

"What do you mean?" the Emperor, having returned from his headphone conversation, asked.

Corrol replied, simply stating that he was fine. He spoke to the Christian,"The Global Alliance of Sovereign Nations, GASN, is sending aid. Kraven hasn't made a move yet."

Timothy grabbed himself a salad, while the soldiers packed their plates full. They were half starved from the lack of food in Zukariaa, and began to tear the food apart, not caring for their manners. Anyone could see that, although they were healthy, they were skinny..

"Umm...I think you might've had too much to drink..." Clay said, he grabbed glass of water. "Are you going to be okay driving?"

Arius eventually found his way to where Corrol and Christian were. "Damn maids...Hello you two."

Clay lifted the girl up and put her in the car. Why do all the girls need to get pass-out drunk... He drove in no direction...just drove. Hopefully my sense of direction will find me the capital...

She woke up in the passenger seat of her car.

"Wha'? What happened?" she looked around, and began to babble.

". . . And do you have any idea how hard it is to be a woman in this field? There is no respect. I work my ass off, and still I am just the girl. Finished eating, the men walked out of the dining room, looking for a guide. Some of the soldiers had food on their face because they had been so hungry, and as they left they grabbed paper towels. They were thankful to have had a good meal..
