International Relations with the Commonwealth are categorised into the following levels:

Level 1: Mutual Sovereign Recognition
Level 2: Ambassadorial Exchange
Level 3: Economic Free Trade Agreement (Mutual removal of tarriffs on imported products)
Level 4: Non-Aggression Pact
Level 5: Alliance (Mutual defensive agreement, mutual exchange of military bases and personnel, dual citizenship agreements)

Please note that each higher level of relations also includes the agreements in the levels below, unless the nation in question specifically requests for any particular level to be excluded.

The following regulations are required to be observed in the establishment of an embassy:

No more than 100 Embassy Staff
No more than 50 Security Personnel
Armed vehicles strictly prohibited
No more than 2 transportation vehicles (armour permitted)
No personnel weapons larger than Assault Rifle size

As a nation that welcomes diplomatic conatct we would we glad to recommend one of the buildings in embassy row, part of the waterfront area of our capital city, Edo. they are newly completed and these 3 storey offices can hold up to 50 people easily.

The Kirisuban Empire is a civilised, peaceful place and we ask that any guards be limited to weapons no higher in calibre than assault rifles.

we will be sending 20 Samurai guards to the embassy and their weapons of choice are their paired swords and the MP5 SMG. The Ambassadors will also have a staff of 10 people.

As a new state to the international scene, in a world dominated by people of a different species, one that is often hostile towards our own people, we require friends and allies on the international scene, and assistance in developing our sadly lacking infrastructure. Trade is somewhat limited, as the only road in or out of Dhakaan is via Blade Pass, while there are other ways in, this is the only paved road easily traversable by vehicles.
We ask for a minor exception to the Embassy Personell restrictions, as the nation of Dhakaan consists of a number of Clans, which do not nessicarily persue the same goals as Skar Peak, therefore, we ask for our embassy to be allowed 500 diplomatic personell.
In this case, you need not be conerned about external construction, as any additional quarters will be constructed underneath the facility.
We would also like to enlighten you as to the benifits of five hundred Goblins on the local alchahol industry, as long as those nearby arent too bothered by constant parties.
