The Commonwealth of Saint Fedski has reopened its Embassy District to Foreign Ambassadors and Envoys. It is with our most sincere apologies that we had to hastily shut down the Embassy District and return foreign diplomats to their home nations for their own safety. We are pleased to announce that despite the best efforts of our former brothers in North St. Clair, the Commonwealth was able to withstand the attack and protect all foreign government officials from harm.

We welcome all ambassadors back to Saint Fedski. Attatched you will find the revised regulations for embassy staff and protection, as well as prospective consulte-generals and consulates.

Embassies are limited to one lightly armed vehicle for staff protection.
Consulate Generals and Consulates are prohibited from retaining an armed vehicle.
Private helicopters are more than welcome as long as they are not armed in any way.
Security may not exceed two personnel per staff member.
All personnel are subject to background checks prior to being granted admission into Saint Fedski as a foreign diplomat.
There is no diplomatic immunity in the Commonwealth. You commit the crime, you do the time.

I have filled out the standard application for an embassy despite the fact that we already had one. We hope that the excessive armament will not pose a problem.

The Commonwealth of Saint Fedski welcomes General Mercer back to Saint Fedski and hopes he approves of his new home on the lake. As the Democratic Soviet Republic of Kahanistan is an ally, the overly excessive armament is not a problem at all, but other nations with similar armament will be denied access.

The Armed Holy Democratic Empire of Asgarnieu has been declared hostile to the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski after issuing unprovoked threats of armed force, including and implied threat of nuclear, biological and chemical warfare whilst ignoring or denouncing fair warnings given by the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski. What follows is a copy of the notice of the enacation of the National Enemy Act where it applies to The Armed Holy Democratic Empire of Asgarnieu.


The Commonwealth of Saint Fedski takes your threat of war seriously. Your threats, provocation and your mobilizations will not interfere with our international strategies. Should you dare to challenge the military of the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, I can assure you that your inferior technology, training, equipment and logistical supply cannot be made up by your theoretical numerical superiority.

The sheer bold belligerance of the leadership of the Armed Holy Democratic Empire of Asgarnieu will end up leading the nation to its ultimate doom. Armed Holy Democratic Empire of Asgarnieu will be given the duration of the mass movement of the forces of the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski from West Corinthia, or eight days to withdraw their statement before the Armed Holy Democratic Empire of Asgarnieu is an official enemy of the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, which entails the immediate expulsion of all personnel, staff and/or delegates from the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski. Also, should The Armed Holy Democratic Empire of Asgarnieu dare to come within five hundred kilometers of the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, its colonies and protectorates or any forces on an international mission, an immediate commencement of hostilities will begin following a single ignored warning. The Armed Holy Democratic Empire of Asgarnieu shall also refrain from nearing the Democratic Soviet Republic of Kahanistan by two hundred fifty kilometers.

In light of the hostility that The Supreme Tyranny of Jaredcohenia wished to bring to the table, the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski has no choice but to immediately enact the National Enemy Act.

In order to prevent hostilities from breaking out, The Supreme Tyranny of Jaredcohenia must follow the steps enclosed.

1) Immediately retract all threats of nuclear, biological and/or chemical warfare.
2) Immediately issue a formal, public apology to the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski
3) Immediately recognize the five hundred kilometer barrier surrounding any military or political deployment of the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, as the minimum limit of a peaceful distance for the passage of military equipment of The Supreme Tyranny of Jaredcohenia.
4) Immediately recognize the formation of a one thousand kilometer exclusion zone within which no military vessel, aircraft or vehicle from The Supreme Tyranny of Jaredcohenia may enter.
5) Immediately recognize a five hundred kilometer exclusion zone from Kahanistan in which military equipment from The Supreme Tyranny of Jaredcohenia is strictly prohibited from entering.
6) Immediately stand down all offensive weapons including but not limited to nuclear, biological and chemical devices.
7) Immediately stand down all potential forces for use against the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski and her allies.
8) Immediately agree to cease threats, both indirect and direct against the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski and
9) Immediately issue a public acceptance of these terms.

The Supreme Tyranny of Jaredcohenia has left the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski with no other alternative. After all avenues of discussion, and numerous warnings issued, The Supreme Tyranny of Jaredcohenia still persisted in threatening and provoking the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski.
