Letter from The United Republics State department:

It is our wish to convey, an offer from our nation to open up economic relations and trade relations with nations of the galaxy and beyond , our nation has many materials to offers from advanced plank weaved manufactured goods to power systems to medical equipment and rare raw materials as well… our country is looking for trade partners as well as economic investment out country has recently had a change in political party while the last party had damaged our relations with the galaxy we wish to fix them by introducing an olive branch of economic partnership and trade, the foreign Economics and exchange commission shall be a new department formed to deal with foreign investments and trade we wish to convey our value as a partner in economic and trade relations. Our country believes that free enterprise is paramount to a democratic society and we will help spread that and wealth around to many nations who enter in to a lucrative agreement with us .

The choice is ultimately up to you, but if you do enter in to a trade agreement with us your trade ships will be going to 5 key ports : Terran Prime , Torm ,Tyrin ,servina , Ixcumane there you ships will be serviced , there cargo unloaded and imports loaded on to them. These are major ports witch means they will be busy with a lot of other traffic, it would be a good way to get to know others as well and set up contracts and other things for materials , it is a very lucrative business.
