Galen looked around his office. He hadn't been in this building since he was Emperor of the Empire, and now he was set to be one of the overseers of the Military under the Ministry of The Military. He saw the reports about The Philistine Islands and was ordered to keep an eye on the operations of the nation. After several weeks of watching satelites and reading transcripts from wire taps of phones belonging to the leadership of The Philistine Islands, he has come to a decision and he would bring this to the attention of the Minister of The Military.
Late that day...
Galen: "Nice to see you again, Jim."
James: "Nice to see you too, Galen."
Galen: "Alright. I have that report on the Nation of The Philistine Islands. It seems like they are yet another nation vying for world domination. I suggest a Level 2 aleart rating. Possibility of military action against them if they threaten to attack any soverign nation of the world."
James: "Alright. I'll dispatch a message out to them and the internaitonal community. Anything that I should include in the message?"
Galen: "Just to notify the Supreme Emperor of this. I know for a fact that George doesn't like us going behind his back. You know what happened to the last guy who went behind his back, right?"
James: "Yep. I do."

Our latest intel reports shows that the Nation of The Philistine Islands is demanding that nations give up their soverignty to them. Now this is unacceptable to the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom. If The Nation of The Philistine Islands wishes to attempt to invade any nation, try ours. Your military will get their asses handed to them and then sent back to your nation in coffins.
