The Poles lost the Polish-Soviet War of the 20's and saw instead of Soviet annexation, Soviet placing of Communism. Poland was the world's second Communist nation. Russia may have helped the Communists in Germany, this is disputed.

The Polish were led by a man known as Julian Marchlewski, who turned Poland into a Communist state. Poland and Russia were in ok relations, during Lenin and later Stalin. However, when Stalin and Hitler split Poland between them, Poland called it ''The Great Backstabbing''.

The Poles lived under Hitler for some time, before they lived under Stalin. However, Stalin did not get a foothold in Poland, which got independence, but it was still led by its Communists.

Poland is now the only Communist nation in Europe, after the Soviet Union's collapse in 1990. Poland has broke away from some forms of Communism, to go to Marxist-Leninism. They hold Stalin and Mao respectfully but mainly do Marx, Engels and Lenin.

The Polish have Warsaw as the capital. They have a stronger military now, then some time before, as well as a strong economy.

Poland's leaders were able to annex Kaliningrad/East Prussia (now called New Poland) and Lithuania (creating the Polish-Lithuanian Soviet Commonwealth) from Nazi Germany.

Poland rebuilt itself greatly after the war (WWII). Konstantin Rokossovsky, a Russian Marshal, joined the Polish military and served Poland for some time.

The Polish built a war memorial in Poland, to commorate the war dead and veterans. It is visited by people still today.

How long with the Polish-Lithuanian Soviet Commonwealth last? We shall soon see.....
