The NSSR has decided to make and sell a few new weapons.

Long Range Acoustic Device - The LRAD is a device which can produce an extremely loud noise, up to 150 decibles. This device can be used to deter criminals, riots, or even terrorists. This could also be used in wars to deter the enemy, as they might drop their weapons and cover their ears.
Cost: $100,000 per unit.

Electromagnetic Bomb - The EMB is about the size of a large suitcase and is very useful in disabling an enemies communications. The EMB fires a short Electromagnetic Pulse, which will fry any electronic device within a very large area, which could be useful for destroying enemy communications, the infrastructure of an enemies country, or even guidance systems on weapons.
Cost: $500,000 per unit.

We must protest the selling of an EMP weapon, or at the very least insist that The NSSR conduct in-depth background and secruity checks on those that wish to purchase said weaponry.

The reasons for our insistance is that while it would be an effective weapon when used on military targets, it would be a far more devestating weapon should it fall into the hands of a terrorist organisation. Should a terror group utilize in an area that contains nuclear powerplants, hospitals, airports or even potentially in major throughfares during rush hour, it would lead to large scale civilian casulties.
