New Moscow, has recently been rebuilt after the civil war of the NSSR, and is open for business. The Council of the city is trying to increase business here, so any business moving here will not have to pay the NSSR's 100% tax for the first 2 years. Also, oil has recently been found near New Moscow during a military training operation, which can be purchased for $1,000 per 10 gallon barrel.
New Moscow is a very nice city, the temperature is about 60 degrees Farenheit all year. The city has a Metro, which is fast, and doesnt cost much to ride. Currently, most of the West side has vacant buildings, and empty lots to build on. The East side doesnt have any open property.

He was also considering setting up his company's corporate headquarters in the city, but upon hearing about the 100% tax rate and high price of oil decided not to.

We are reducing the price of oil to $75, because we have found alot more in a field near Scherbgrad. Also, you don't have to pay the taxes for the first 2 years, and only 25% for the two after that, then 50%, then 100%. We are reducing these 100% taxes becasue we want to bring lots of business to this area.
