In response to recent attacks on Multiland, the Multiland Leadership called an Emergency Meeting. The outcome was:
The Leadership decided to introduce a temporary Emergency Law under the New Laws Act [Emergency Laws - Section 2(i)].
The Law is as follows:
1. Temporary Emergency Law - Terrorism - To Prevent or halt danger (specifically explosions) - For a period of 365 days (extendable only under the New Laws Act)
1 All persons who are not Citizens of Multiland are banned from entering Multiland
2 All persons currently in Multiland who are not Multiland Citizens and not Refugees are to leave Multiland immediately. This includes, but is not limited to, tourists, Foreign Diplomats, and those visiting family or/and friends
3 All applications for Multiland Citizenship are suspended for a period of 6 months, however, those in Refugee Areas are entitled to remain in those Refugee Areas
4 All those seeking Refuge from other countries are banned from entering Multiland and will instead be directed to other countries, but only those on Multiland's SAFELIST
5 Everyone who is currently in Multiland must speak only English, even when communicating with friends and/or relatives - anyone found breaking this section shall be arrested and detained for an unspecified period, or for the duration of this Act (whichever ends first)
