Is this a RP which doesn't demand constant high-level of attention RP? I'm strongly considering China but I have a lot going on in RL.

Well really I''m not to sure yet, as Few members have joined. But China is a huge role, so if you can't be on at least once a day, I'd suggest that you plat as a slightly less important nation.
