HRH The King signed off all powers of state to the Prime Minister just this year. The King is mostly a figure head in Britian today.

Just a note, not that important really, but HRH isn't used for kings and queens. HRH is used for others in the royal family, and in the British monarchy especially it is used for princes and princesses. HRM is used for kings and queens.
