The Leage of Independent Nations is open to all who wish a military alliance.

Points:
1) All nations regardless of size, priority, polits, or anything elses are welcome (See point 4 about an exception)

2) While League members are not required to send military aid to other members who request it they are strongly 'encouraged' too.

3) This is not a trade or political alliance. It is meant solely meant for military purposes although if a few nations agree to it they may have further realtions.

4) If two or more members wage war against each other than the members who are not one of the original nations must participate in Peace keeping activities (both Militarily and Politically). Once the actual fighting is done than all parties involved in the start of the war (before LIN intervenes) shall face possible banning from the LIN.

5) You may NOT help a nation in need who has not asked for it.

6) MT ONLY!

I have a few things to say:
1) "although if a few nations agree to it they may have further realtions." in point 3 is not needed. You don't need to tell them they can have bilateral relations outside a multilateral military organisation.
2) All of point 4 is unnecessery. If another allience chooses not to want its members in your one, they'll make sure their members know. Perhaps you want to include something about the alliance being open to members of other alliances in point 1.
3) Point 5 would probably be better if it was:
"If member nations engage in military activity against each other, it is the responsability of the alliance and its members to put an end to the violence by deploying peace-keepers in the area. Once this is done, the nations involved in military action against each other should be brought to multi-party talks, and the matter causing the violence resolved."
I think this would be a much more fair and just idea.
4) Is point 6 meant in general, or just referring to member nations?

Point 6 applies to members only (obviosly) but they may not meddle with out permission no matter what, whether the nation they are 'helping' is a LIN member or not.

Kroando has accused the Confederacy of supporting terrorism, and launched a massive invasion fleet. Th efleet has been tied up off of Sochatopia, and any help we can get would be appreciated.

We might want to work out a possible leadership for the LIN. It is quite possible that there will be none. I my self am Fine with a structured alliance or a non-structured alliance. I just want to be sure that everyone has a say.
