We have oil!

Kubra

OOC: I don't want to miss out in the fun of a Griffencrest attack.

IC: That's right, we have oil. Recently, in a very sparsely populated area of Kubra we found the precious black substance called oil. Although this is onyl one well we've discovered many other locations in the area with oil. We're now willing to sell the oil to nations that need it.

We've also found various oil sands. However, we wish not to take the oil form the sands until technology is developed that can extract ALL the oil from the sands, rather than some.

So, any buyers?

Skyetech Industries posseses the technology to extract enough oil from the oil sands for it to be well worth our while. We would like to purchase the oil sands from you and, if possible, refine it in your nation (otherwise we can simply haul them back to Siap and then ship them out to buyers). Please make us an offer.

Well anyways, I hope you have plenty of Quinine. The only ways into Kubra safely is by the city ports, the rest is either rocky shores or Malaria infested rainforests. In fact, they kind of mix together. Would you like a map?

We also have replacements for petrochemical industries by making terephthalic acid and other plastic base compounds from cellulose.

The High risk investments department sat inside the closed conference room. Extremely trippy music involving a hypnotic rythm, an Indian woman cooing and ceramic drums was playing. The air was thick with smoke, as the men sat around the table with their business suits open. Or at least the ones who hadn't were. Red eyes abounded. Bags of White Kastle (Siapian knockoff of White Castle®) were strewn across the table.
One man passed a joint to the next. "He-hey man. What if we, like, contaminated this new oil field..."

"What if I contaminated your mom's oil field..."

they all began laughing crazily.

"Shit man, that's funny. What if we, like, used our troops to contaminate their oil supplies and then people would buy from us?"

They all looked at each other and screamed "Profits!" and fell over laughing. "I'll call the security division immediately."

We've just recieved word that the ARLNI has mobilised the Black Flag Army (OOC: 100,000 very good soldiers, I'll cut the number down if you want) in response to various rumours that allied nation Kubra is facing an invasion at the hands of capitalist pig-mercenaries. While these rumours are uncertain, given that fact that oil fields have recently been discovered, and the nature of the swine-capitalist, that there will, in fact, be an invasion or military coercion. Here's saying Good Luck to our brothers at LNI! Signing off.

I won't use nukes. Skyetech doesn't actually have nukes (trust me...) and if it did, it wouldn't use them over something this stupid. If I can't get the oil sands, I will probably contaminate a few of the oil fields, and then fire the stoners who thought of the idea, pay token reparations and bail out.

Supreme Admiral F. Crowley read over the morning breifings. The Uranium Mining Industry was starting to lose steam. The oil they needed was rapidly depleting the offshore sources that the Hills had. Over crowding was being reported in every major city and even in a number of small ones. The three Islands of the Hills could barely hold the rapidly growing population of over two billion.

As he read through more of the breifings he came across what some would have called a God send. Kubra was publicly announcing an abundence of oil in their lands. The Supreme Admiral had never been interested in trading and importing, unless it was military product of coarse. Today his thought train was no different.

In less than a minute, Vice Admiral B. Henderson was in the room awaiting the orders of his commanding officer. "Henderson," Crowley started, "I have found a solution to our over crowding and low oil problems. The nation of Kubra has announced vast deposits of oil in the lands. I want you to gather a sufficent attack force. I want our invasion to go on with out a hitch!"

"Yes Sir!" Henderson replied as he saluted his leader. He left the room and went to his office where he began to read all the intel he could find on Kubra. Military, Government, Economy, they would all factor in to how the invasion was drawn up.

Just over seventy-two hours later the invasion force was boarding their ships and planes. The soldiers kissing their loved ones goodbye as they marched off to bring glory to the Impireacht. Fifty thousand Behemoth III Super Heavy Battle tanks, One hundred thousand Tiger Main Battle Tanks, Fifty thousand M65/l Asteroids, Fifty thousand Impact MLRSs, Two hundred fifty thousand M998 HMMWV Humvees, and Three hundred thousand Avengers all got aboard as well.

Arnchors were pulled up. Cargo was fastened down. Men were running every which way through all of the six hundred and twelve ships as they left the port of Downings. They sailed off for the glory of the Hills.

(30 million? Still seems like alot... there are nations x10 your size producing that amount. The RL nation of China, with doubles your NS population doen't produce near that... hell, the entire mideast doesn't produce that. Your nation, land wise, would have to be about three times as large as the mideast, and produce much more oil per what they produce. 30million bbl's per day is alot for NS... at least for a nation of your size. Georgraphically, your nation would need to be about the size of all Asia... inhabiting all asia with 500million people? Not likely...)

OOC: Pffft, I saw a nation smaller than me pumping out 44 million. Someone called ihm on it but the oil war (courtesy of Griffencrest) still went on. The way i see it, NS is only realistic to a point.
