Russian Canada

The nation of Russian Canada was established by Russians who beat the British out of Canada. The Russian Orthodox Church and French Catholicism became state faiths. The Government of Russian Canada is led by Ivan Vladimirov.

Russian and French are offical languages in Canada. Canada has no ties to the British and Nicholas II is shown on coins, instead of Elizabeth II, as part of the ''Romanov Remembrance Laws''.

It is said that the Communists in Canada planned a revolution but it failed. Ottawa (New Moscow) became the capital, over Toronto (New St. Petersburg)

The Russian Canadians were neutral in the Cold War but some Americans thought of them as ''friends of the Communists''. The Russian Orthodox Church and Roman Catholicism (from Quebec) are the offical religions but others are respected and freedom of worship is secured.

Cyrillic and Roman alphabets are used in Canada. Alaska was kept by the Russians and annnexed to Canada. The USA made Puerto Rico and Hawaii their 49th and 50th states. The Russian Canadians also own Kauai, thanks to Dr. Schäffer, a Russian entrepreneur. Kauai (and later Niihau) was Russian Canadian while the rest of Hawaii went to the Americans.

In Kauai, Orthodoxy took hold, the Russian Liturgy held in the island. The Hawaiian Orthodox Church of Kauai is connected to Russian Orthodoxy. The Kauai island is known for the ''Tzarist Declaration'' when Dr. Schaffer saw that the Governor of Kauai, Paul Ivanovich planned to make himself Tzar of Kauai and possibly Hawaii altogether. Russian Canada and possibly Russia ended this by sending troops to dispose of him.

Kauai today is known as Orthodox Hawaii, due to the majority of Orthodox Christians there. When Pearl Harbour was attacked, Kauai went onto full alert. Plans for fighting the Japanese were made.

Russian Canada composes of Canada-Alaska, the Aleutian Islands and territories in Hawaii.

More later, this is also a possible Rough Copy so I may change things like Dr. Schaffer in Hawaii (which actually, according to Wikipedia did happen, only the Russians did not use him)
