This thread is closed to all except myself and Hurricane Bay.

encoded message to AEF:

The organization that I work for has determined that it would be within our interests if you toppled the current administration of Hurricane Bay. We would like to meet with you in person. If this can be arranged, we can either arrange for you to come to Esmund, the capitol of Siap, or we can send a representative to meet with you at a location of your choice.

Dunchamp,
At this point, we have zero idea as to your identity and would be taking a risk to meet you. However, with a big risk comes a big reward and there seems to be no other alternative at this time.

It would be our preference to meet in the town of Andrew, some 50 miles north of the capital Hurricane Bay City. Reason being, Andrew is a AEF stronghold that the King's forces never enter. We look forward to meeting you sometime in the near future.

- AEF Leader,
Marcus Ball

Mr. Ball

Our representative is en route. He should be arriving within the the next day or two (3 RL Hours). He will be using the name Joe Blonde. Here's what he looks like:

Let me be the first to assure you that you will not regret this.

Dunchamp,

If you could send Mr Joe Blonde to the Blarney Stone Pub in Andrew and inform him to ask the bartender for a Xavier Lee, he will direct him to a backroom where a safe meeting place is.

Once again, we are looking forward to your arrival.

Thank God its in an Irish pub. God bless the Irish

Blonde got out of the taxi, leaving a generous tip. He was wearing a red Acapulco shirt, and had a cigarette clenched between his lips. He could feel adrenaline coursing his veins. Two weeks ago he was hang gliding. One Week ago he was politely sipping watered down champaign at his high school reunion. He was the only one to have graduated from the elite all-boys prepratory school and not have made millions on the stock market. Also, he was the only one who was paid to travel the world, the only one who could bench 220, the only one to have bailed out of his compusory military service to serve in his present organization. He was the only one who took a taxi to the reunion, the only one who showed up with a pint of mescaline vodka in his system, and the only one who truly enjoyed his job.

He got out of the taxi, cupped his hand around the cigarrette and lit it with a Zippo in the other. He walked into the Blarney Stone Pub.

Should be easy enough

He plopped down on a bar stool and spoke to the bartender. "Can you get me a pint of Guiness and Xavier Lee"

The bartender smiled, turned around, filled the man's glass, and set it in front of him and began leaning on the counter.

You want to see Xai, huh? Ok. Follow me.

The bartender moved to his right, pushed open the swivel door and met Joe just outside of it.

Hes just around here

The pair walked down a narrow dimmly lit corridor and made a left into one of the rooms.

Here you are Admrial, here is your man

Thank you Patrick, if you could shut the door behind you I would greatly appreciate it. Mr. Blonde please have a seat. We have been expecting you.

OOC: Note that when I type in Italics, I am representing what Mr. Blonde is thinking. I hope I am correct in assuming that a significant part of your population is Irish, as it will help make this more realistic.

IC:

Blonde gently kicked the door shut without taking his eyes off the admiral. After he shut the door, he sat down in a nearby chair, taking the cigarrette out of his mouth.

"I'm going to be as up front and honest with you as I can, which isn't very much, given the nature of my work. The first part of what I am about to tell you is verifiable true, you can trust me, because it was in the Siap Tribune. Many people of Irish descent are not happy with the way their Hurricane Bay bretheren are being treated. As they say, if you piss off to many people, eventually shit comes your way..."

He swallowed a quantity of beer.

"...Anyway, the outcry had been loud enough for some to notice, but not enough for troops to be mobilized. In this way, the organization that employs me was charged with the task in aiding your organization in toppling your king. I am the official head of this operation, and I have been afforded a rather generous operations budget. If you need it, I should be able to supply you with a variety of powerful and expensive Siapian firearms, or perhaps even an airstrike if we are lucky."

Damned lucky. Fucking accountibility office.

Xavier Lee sat back and started to soak in all that had been said to him. This is exactly what the revolution needed.

Mr. Blonde, we could not have dreamed to hear anything better than those words that you just spoke to me. Quite frankly, without the help of another orginization or country, this revolution would have taken possibly another 10 years to become a reality.

Our fighters have very limited arms, mostly light sub-machine guns, virtually zero explosives, and certainly nothing in the way of heavy machine guns. Our budget has been the tightest that it has ever been. Every penny is being saved for the purchase of a means to bring the King to his knees.

However, with all of that being said, the thing we lack the most is training. Our men fight passionately, but wildly as well.

The one thing that we do have going for us, and if you did your homework which I'm sure you have, is the abundant quantities of oil our land has been blessed with. We have some valuable friends within the industry that have given us the opportunity to be able to steal small amounts of oil from various locations around Hurricane Bay. This is virtually the only thing, at this point at least, that we can bring to the table.

Xai (as he was known to those whom he was familiar with) hoped to God that that this man could follow through.

"Well, I came prepared to offer you 10,000 G36 rifles, and I am certain I can arrange for a damn good unit of fighters to maybe make a cameo appearence and give you some of the best training available in Siap."

These guys seem enthusiastic enough. Gammas will be pissed being asked to come and train these guys after getting back from Demanci, but I told Mahoney there'd be consequences if he didn't get me that beer he owed me.

"Our intel also told us about your pinching the king's oil supply. Unfortunately, Siap consumes almost no oil. But our organization is a large and powerful one, and we may be able to find you a fence. How many barrels you have?"
