A glorious new day has dawned with the happy marriage of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Puyi and Her Imperial Majesty Empress Sunjeong, bringing together two dynasty lines, along with Emperor Puyi's proclamation of a new "Manchurian-Korean dual monarchy", fashioned much like the old Austro-Hungarian empire. Japanese authorities have agreed to cede the Chosun Territory to the New State, and Emperor Puyi has promised "The warmest and closest relationship between Manchu-Korea and Japan, and between himself and Emperor Hirohito.

I don't know if this is just you trying to make a background for your nation or not but -
I'm a Fascist Japanese-based nation. But you might not want me, because I'll just repeat the Rape at Nanjing 0o.
ooc: Kirisubo was around in 1932 and had been founded in 1450AD.
they are based on a Japan that stayed at peace and maintained the samurai class. as well as absorbing the best of what the modern world could offer if maintained in own traditions. their politics are more 'father thinks best' but they certainly not political extremists.
the capital is Edo, the shogun rules over a parliment and Emperor Takashi is still divine.
they are on the map 100 miles east of Japan in 5 island provinces roughly japan shaped and sized.

Is that you Kirisubo? Or did he/she just turn into an Empire and have several Japan fanatics become a part of it? Havn't cared to check around since I got my job.
If so, well...guess I know who I have to war for dominance of the 'Japan' title :-P

theres other Japan like nations out there but we seem to be the more active ones.
