a state visit to German-China (semi closed)
ooc : here goes. the Kirisuban anthem is Kimigayo (the old 1870 tune) and the Empresses plane is about to land as well as as two Cherry Blossom interceptors.
ic:
The Imperial 747 circled the Beijing International Airport covered by a pair of long range fighter craft.
The 747 has the black flag with the red rising run painted on its tail and the fighters were dark green with red and black roundels on their wings.
the Empress usually didn't make many trips outside Kirisubo so the pilots were being careful.
The fighters landed first and then the 747 landed on the runway.

Pickelhaube wearing General Guards came to escort the Chinese envoy, Viet Van Trinh, from Vietnam. Viet bowed respectfully and greeted the Empress as she came out.
''Welcome to China, Your Highness.'' Viet said in a respectful tone. The airport was in Beijing, the capital. The Empress would be tooken to see Erich Volkmann, a German who was leader of the Chinese State.
As the Empress was escorted, officers of the Black Dragons gave salutes. The Black Dragons were a non-Anti Semitic version of the SS for China. Dressed fully in black with a Dragon's head (Chinese Dragon) on their hats.
When the Empress arrived at Volkmann's office, they entered the mansion. Going to the Meeting Room, the Empress was sitted in a chair. Facing her was Erich Volkmann, guarded by several General Guards.
Before Erich Volkmann said in German, ''Guten Tag, Frau Genjiko'', he talked to one of his daughters who was escorted out respectfully by a BD Guard.
Note- I may get rid of the Black Dragons, it is pending.

I guess you could, I don't know. I wonder what Hok-Tu thinks about it.
the Empress Fujiko and her 5 strong all female bodyguard descend the plane and the empress bows in greeting.
like the Empress her bodyguards were wearing kimonos but with HP5 submachine guns and wakizashi short swords. the guards kimonos were black with red obi's. The Empresses kimono was pale green.
"I look forward to meeting Herr Volkmann" Fujiko replies and she makes small talk with her escort until they arrive at the mansion.
she bows when she's introduced to the leader saying "Guten Tag Herr Volkmann. I'm happy to be here" in a slightly accented german and english.
Her guards fan out round her.
ooc: Tiliean, what level of involvement did you have in mind?
I don't mind other diplomacy going on but i try and avoid war threads :)

''Herr Volkmann is looking forward to meet you as well.'' Viet said to Fujiko (dang, wrong name).
Erich looked at Fujiko and smiled ''You know German? That's good.'' He looked at her and said ''Welcome to China. I'm glad we could talk. So, what should we discuss first?''
Viet Van Trinh stayed in the Meeting Room. Volkmann did hope that these talks would go good.
How would the talks go out?

The Shogun sat in his plane, wearing traditional Tilean warrior dress. He would most certainly stand out in the modern world. This was his aim, he wanted to make a lasting impression on the Hok-tu and these German-Chinese. He well remembered the stories his father had told him about the Nazi invasion of China. Tilea had sided with the USA during the war but was now willing to forget the past and make new diplomatic relations with the Pacific powers.
The Shogun intended to propose a Confederation of the old enemies to promote peace in the region.
As the plane came down and landed in Beijing, the Shogun departed his plane without a great deal of pomp and ceremony. He got into a Limo and was driven to the meeting destination.
Fujiko smiles slightly and replies "Herr Volkmann my german is very limited but my english is very good.
the first thing I want to discuss is common ground we may have. after all we share the same pacific ocean and it makes sense to try and co-operate in some matters.
If theres enough common ground we can move onto a non-agression pact and diplomatic relations.
I would like to point out that we stayed neutral in two world wars despite only being 100 miles from the Empire of Nippon"
ooc: Tiliean, i've happy with more diplomacy. have fun :)

The Shogun arrived at the meeting hall and waited outside. He waited respectfully, his hands closed together and his eyes closed, waiting to be called in. Despite being the leader of a nation he was willing to show respect.
