The cobalt bomb
Recently, weapin manufactuerers have been thinking of the cobalt bomb, It is said to be a destructive weapon, able to kill quite a large number of people witho ne bomb (supposedly, about half of earths population). However, no tests (As far as they care, which is little) have ever shown this would happen. So, they're considering doing a real cobalt bomb test to see just how destructive these things are. Although, whether or not the government will allow these tests to be done remains to be seen.

It is rumored that The Community is in posession of several types of these weapons (Cobalt, Gold, Cesium bombs) as well as weapons that emply various strains of botulis, but neither the military nor the Two Councils have ever commented on this.

We sincerely doubt the competence of your nation to build such a weapon. You can't even word your announcement of your intentions to do so correctly. We suggest tackling basic English before nuclear weapons.
